It has been a positive experience because my caregiver shops, gets my prescriptions, and prepares the food. Visiting Angles provides everything you need. They always reply fast if you have any problem and you reach out to them.

The caregivers help my mother with all aspects of daily living. I like that they allow us to select a caregiver instead of randomly selecting one.

I didn't have any other options. I needed a companion, not a nurse, and they were able to provide that. They are so easy to work with and responsible. Their companionship really helped his depression. I like that they are very accommodating. I hired them during an emergency, and they provided a caregiver that could speak Spanish on very short notice.

They have been helpful for her because she has company and support. She is eating regularly, and they help with her memory issues by reminding her of things. It also helps my sister and me because we did not want to take her out of her home. We have had a good experience.

The caregiver give great attention to Lawrence. I like the ability to substitute caregivers when the normal caregiver needed to be out.

I like that they come and know the routine when they are consistent caregivers. They come and know when they need to get her dressed and what she likes to. Having a regular caregiver coming is really good because they know what their supposed to do when they come and that is better than having different people, and they do a good job doing that. They could maybe have more communication with me sometimes. They need to make sure that when they reached out and that their communication is clear.

They eased the pressure off the family, transported her to dialysis, and helped run errands. They would fill in for someone if they couldn't make it in, and took responsibility for their staff.
