We had one little incident with someone that came that wasn't a good match. Other than that, we've had excellent caregivers come into the house.

He has Alzheimer's, so it wasn't an easy situation, there wasn't anything they could have done to have a greater impact. I would recommend BrightStar to others because they were on top of things, especially with my father. They were constantly in touch with me about the schedule or to find out what we could do to make things easier for him.

They were good about helping me get him in the car. They were good, but I didn't use them long enough to have them make a difference. I only used them a couple of times. It was okay. I probably did more than I should have when they were here. Most of the girls were good, but one of the girls never put her phone down. They were only here for a couple of hours, so it didn't make much of a difference.
