I used Caring Connection for my wife. They were too expensive and they were not dependable because when people didn't show up, they didn't have backups. As for their caregivers, some were good and some were bad. They could improve if they have backup people and they also need to lower their price.

The goals of Caring Connection are outstanding, however the quality of care differed with each caretaker. 85% met or exceeded expectations administering care and support to family. Complaints were handled promptly. Valuable professional leadership and guidance of Joyce was appropriately offered and appreciated. The majority of personnel always seem to genuinely care and were invested in solving our problems.

We have used Caring Connections several times and can only save good things. The caregivers provided have been the best of the best. I feel like I am leaving my mom/dad with family. Thank you!

We have been using Caring Connection for about 2 months now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Our first meeting was with the owner, Joyce, who came to my Mom's house to meet with us and learn about my Mom, what we were looking for, and to tell us about what they offer and how it works. In our case, I was looking for someone to provide companionship for my Mom (who is developing dementia) as well as housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, driving to errands and appts, etc. All stuff I had been doing while trying to hold onto a full-time job as well! No physical or medical care needed. Joyce promised to play 'matchmaker' and find someone a bit older who would be able to be a true companion for my mom. And she did. The same caregiver has been helping my Mom 5 days a week for almost 2 months, and she is wonderful!! I can tell she genuinely cares about my Mom and about doing a good job. She communicates with me regularly. She does everything I ask and more. And my Mom adores her. And whenever I need to call the office about anything I am always able to speak to Vicky or Joyce immediately or they call me back very quickly. Communication is excellent. I could not be more pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

Caring Connection is very good. The ones I like the best are the ones that are familiar with physical therapy, and they are doing a good job. The caregiver who is assisting my wife is very good, and we got the service for two months now. The owner seems to care too.

Extremely pleased with the type of care for my mother. They always answered their phones or texted and emailed us back promptly. They went to doctor and hospital appointments.

We were on vacation in this area and needed assistance. That was the first time we used Caring Connection. From the beginning to the end, everyone was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Our daily provider was prompt, engaging and professional while being so friendly. We had a great experience and will contact them when needed.

Caring Connection took care of my mother in her home for two years, until we moved out of state. I highly recommend this home care agency, because they are top notch! They provided in-home care, medical transportation, and even picked up her prescriptions when I couldn't get to it. The caregivers are well trained and compassionate. Thank you!

My cousin found Caring Connections online. We've been with them since 2009. They've been great. Joyce is dedicated. She tries to place the right people. She's just great. My mother has end stage Parkinsons. Joyce knew of a Parkinsons advocate. She's very informative and very much up to date on everything. She's an excellent RN. 75% of all the caregivers that were sent have been good. I have 3 caregivers here that have been with us from the very beginning. I had a few caregivers that were not that good but Joyce worked with me and got the right ones. She stays on top of it. I don't have any complaints at all.

Somebody had recommended Caring Connections to me. I've been talking to several caregiving agencies and I was really impressed right away with Joyce. She displayed a breadth of knowledge and I've just got this feeling that they're caring and very respectful to the elderly people. The staff are great and if something comes up, Joyce and her team really helped out. They make suggestions and do the best that they can.
