The agency does allow me the opportunity to provide feedback on the services. I like that employees are friendly and I can communicate with them openly.

I can take care of myself pretty well, but every once in a while, I have changes that make things harder and they are responsive to that. I tell people that they are giving me the help I need, so I can keep a clean-living space.

I am not a social person, so I stay in my room, but they do what I ask. I don't know who an employee of the facility is and who is with HomeWell anymore.

Whenever I request anything, the agency is right on top of it. They make sure someone comes and takes care of my problems. Everybody that is here is very nice. If I have a problem, they take care of it.

The caregivers have had a positive impact because they do what we're asking them to do. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. I like the attention they give to the client. We haven't really signed up for a full service from them. They're just on a very limited plan, but what they do, they do fine. They're timely, and I think they check on her as they should. With anybody I have been around, they're pleasant people, and they do seem to care. I think that's good customer relations by them.

They could have a greater impact on my life by hiring some good people. For example, I asked someone to come help me, they responded yes, but never showed up! They never show up to call to tell me they aren't coming. I had one day that I was feeling really bad, and ten after eleven, I called and told them I really needed help. Finally, at twelve twenty, I called the general manager, and she had to come in and pick me off the floor. I would leave them if I had someone else to go to. I would recommend them if they would respond when I ask for care. Most of the time they don't even show up.

They clean up a little bit if it is dirty. I like that they take good care of my wife and check on us.

The provider has helped me the most by understanding the options available and assisting me with insurance issues. I like the ability to contact and get things working the way you want them.

They help by bathing and escorting people to the dining hall. I would recommend them because they give a good service. They help those who can't help themselves.

They are doing their job and that's what matters. They can send out more qualified people every time. There's been quite a few weekends where they haven't had qualified people.

I need someone to take care of the little things like making the bed, dishes, and delivering meals. I miss not being able to have 2 meals a day delivered to me when I need it.

They are efficient. I like that they are very friendly and they are curious and they are efficient.

The most helpful has been being able to do some walking and shopping. Sometimes they are not on time and I do not like that they pre sign before they come here. That is wrong and they show up a half hour later.

I would like them to be in communication with me more because I live beside him, so it would be nice to have information relayed to me concerning his problems. I would like there to be willingness to clean more.
