Last week the caregiver worked five-to-one and the staff allowed her to come back from five to eight. I like that the services allow me to get out of the house. They came and provided me with a hospital bed.

My caregiver is taking me to my appointments and has taken me to my appointments. She has also folded laundry and cleaned up the kitchen. She is very prompt. My caregiver is reliable.

It is more for the reaction he with home health. The provider helped with meal preparation. I like that they were easy to work with, were very responsive, and also they partnered with the VA.

We had 24/7 care. There was always someone there. Most of the people that they sent were well-trained and were providing the services that we expected and hoped for. They were very responsive and friendly, and they had availability. They were recommended by someone who was already using their services.

I needed help doing something that I couldn't do alone, and having the help completing the task was beneficial. The admin staff was very good at explaining services and expectations, and the folks assign to our helps were friendly and personable.

Just some of the caregivers wouldn't interact with him. They need to engage him in more activities. They need to send a letter showing us who they really are and their company name and all of that. They have changed the caregivers a lot.
