Hired them twice to provide medical transportation for my mother to dentist. First provider could not find location when my mother is clear and lucid and gave her directions. Second one this week could not find way back home causing over two hours in car coming home and missing her meal.. Both young women were new to the city and no idea where they were going. I would not trust them to deal with a senior who does not know where they are going.

Griswold was recommended to me by an assisted living facility that I was looking into for my mom. It was gonna take a little time for us to get her in there. In the meantime, we needed in home care. The were several that I had spoken with and some of them didn't seem to provide the service that I needed for my mom. I chose Griswold because the gentleman I spoke with was extremely accommodating and very personable to talk to. It seemed that he really wanted to help. It wasn't just a job. He wanted to help us. My mom is unable to walk. She needed to be transferred from her bed to her chair or to the rest room. Griswold was able to work with me to find someone to match my mom. Once my mom was matched up with someone, it actually had worked out. The caregiver had her doing things that shocked my family and I! She was sitting outside, having conversations and playing games. It brought out so much in her that we hadn't been able to do. The caregiver was always on time. Everything just went really well.

They've done a nice job for us. The caregiver that they had was very efficient. As a matter of fact she did an excellent job for us. I would recommend her to anybody. We live in an assisted living facility and they recommended Griswold to us. Bill, the guy that runs the place is a very very nice man. He's very explicit on what services they can provide. They provided services for us in the morning and again in the evening. On both occasions, they did and excellent job.
