I don't feel safe with the caregivers. They need to do more background checks on their caregivers.

All of it is positive she makes sure I have stuff that I need. Helps me with my showers They give good care, I got a woman that takes good care of me with showers and dressing, meals.

I had an item that was stolen and I had to make a police report. I told them all they had to do was call the police department to get the report, but they did not. I was promised a certain amount of care in the beginning, There was only one caregiver that followed the care plan.

She was extremely friendly and loving toward him. She tried to do things personally for him to meet his need. The girl that we had did a good job with him personally but some of the other responsibilities she had did not get done.

I liked how they answered whenever I called them. The caregiver that I had was really nice all up until she was getting sick and having heart troubles.

She is willing to drive me to doctor's appointments. The person that is coming has been here for a while now. I don't have many things for her to do in the house. I like her very much.

There has been a problem with scheduling the help. When they are there they are terrific. It is a problem getting them there. They can have more consistency in getting to my dads house.

There is nothing they could do more, they reach out to make sure everything is right. They are very professional, I have had good caregivers, and if there are any concerns they help to resolve them.

We started at the end of January 2013 having care for our mother on a part time basis. RAH has been so adaptable to our needs, juggling schedules at near last minute notices. Ours was a rollercoaster ride and the people at our RAH center rolled with us to the end (this month).

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.
