My mother loves her caregiver, Ola. Without her, I wouldn't be able to go to work, she makes sure my mom gets exercise. I've spoken with numerous employees, and they have let me know how things are going. I appreciate the check-ins.

I have a person that helps me every two weeks. If she wasn't here, what I ask her to do would not get done. I like the payment plan. I like that I can get the things I need to be done in the four hours.

They could be willing to do the work and not have so much issues with quality. The quality of their work and talent was low. They had no motivation to do it. The overall quality wasn't up to the mark. The quality of the care providers and their willingness to work. I had a lot of issues with the providers. They would sit on their phone watching Youtube and had a lack of interest to do anything.

It is helpful and there are different challenges compared to going into a clinic but it has its benefits as well. They are good for getting at-home infusions. I only use it for that so I don't know what could be better or changed.

I have had a wonderful experience with Brightstar Care. My grandfather is a veteran and received services for homemaking from them. When unexpected circumstances happened and we needed to increase time we chose to continue working with Brightstar and they worked with us to ensure that my grandparents had coverage. They do well communicating what is happening. I have called many times to talk with Lisa, Tyeshia and Linda all of them are very pleasant and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. The workers my grandparents have at their home go above and beyond. We got very lucky to have some compassionate workers that truly care about my grandparents. One of their caretakers is now famous in their household for making their ham tomato sandwiches and when I go over to visit with my grandparents I am happy to see a scoresheet of a dominoes game with their caretaker Katrina playing with them.

It was my first day at home with my mother who had just returned from skill nursing. I thought I was prepared, needless to say I wasn't. Jada L. was nothing short of amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and she demonstrated care and concern while fully meeting my mother's needs. I have been with BrightStart for over a year now. They really do work with you to find a caregiver that meets your need. I appreciate the service they provide which allows me to continue working and provide in-home care for my Mom.

My experience with BrightStar Chicago has been amazing (and comforting). As I was trying to establish in-home care for my mother, BrightStar was attentive and engaging from the very first phone call! Linda K. spoke to me and explained their services and the start-up process in detail. I had so many questions, but she was patient, professional, and compassionate about the situation. She even provided information that I didn't even know (or think) to ask. Once our services started, we were paired with Cora P. to provide the in-home care. Cora has been such a blessing and takes care of my mom with understanding and a genuine kindness. She always keeps me in the loop on things I need to know about my mom's day and her physical/emotional status. She also cooks very well!! :-) Whenever Cora needs to be away, BrightStar always gives us advanced notice and offers to have someone come to provide continued support. Additionally, whenever I have questions or need to speak to someone, the entire management/administrative team is easily accessible and helpful. I am grateful for how they treat us as "people" not just another "case or customer". I highly recommend them!

They understood his routine. That's what our family needed. There were caregivers that were very experienced and had no fear. They could just have one dependable person that they could work with so we do not have so many people in our house. Out of all the different ones that came, I really only had one that was more interested in her cell phone, and she was rather new. I liked things to be put away. I went in the silverware drawer one day to get a spoon, and the spoon had water in it. I was needing a caregiver to help me put my place in order. BrightStar Care's office staff management was awful because I had to call to set up service by calling four times, because they didn't follow up with me. Out of the five or six times we used them, the caregivers were late four times. The caregivers were unprofessional and would step out during the care. Some of them were not energetic and didn't want to do the job that was scheduled for them. The fee was astronomical, and the care was poor for the price that they charge. Poor staff, poor office management, poor service. I'm paying an exuberant amount of money for them to do a service involving the people I love. I don't want to be stressed out or worried about them.
