The caregiver helps me with my daily activities such as laundry, cleaning cooking making it easier for me. I like this agency because they are very attentive. I am kept informed of any changes that occur.

Having Synergy really helps us because there is someone that comes over and checks on Dad. I like that they are very willing to work with dad's needs and schedules. They are easy to get ahold of and they answer phone calls.

They kept someone there and kept him company. I thought it was very good and Nate was on top of things and would respond quickly to any questions and there was always someone reliable to show up for overnight while I worked.

I'm not stressed because the client is not by himself. I know he's fed. He's watched so that he doesn't fall. He gets to be social with someone and go out. With this particular caretaker, the client has said that he's patient and talks to him. The caregiver likes being a companion. The caregiver is not just sitting with him. He does exercises with him and moderates him. He spends time with him.

He comes in and does the exercises with my dad. They visit with each other. They have been wonderful. They are here Monday, Wednesday, Friday. They are very helpful when they come.

It was more to do with him than the service itself. We didn't have them do that much because he really didn't need much. They've been very accommodating to our schedule and they're always there when we need them.

They don't encourage the client to take a shower when they come in. They just go with the notes instead of trying strategies to persuade him to take a shower. Everything else, as far as cleaning and providing meals, is going smooth. It just started, so I am still trying to learn the healthcare organization. So far, everything is going good. Communication is effective, and I think everything is going smoothly.
