The agency made the necessary arrangements to pick me up, wait for me to take to me home. I liked everything. I was scheduled to have a friend to take me to the hospital, she had to cancel, but Visiting Angels were able to pick me up for that.

The care that they provided was extremely helpful I liked that the management was fantastic. They took the time to listen to my mother's and my needs. They were willing to help out in an emergency. They were nice and personable. They found a caregiver that met your needs.

Yolanda took me to Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. I just want to tell you what a wonderful experience it was. Yolanda was kind, compassionate, friendly, and professional. I can't say enough about Yolanda. She was just wonderful. Thanks for sending such a nice person to help me.

We have them come in every other week to help out with his care. She helps with companionship. He needs more activity but he is resistant. I like that my dad's caretaker is fantastic. The management has been helpful all the time.

They always reach out to me, they let me know when the caregiver will not show up and will provide a substitute. The co-owner was prompt when visiting us and got us a good match with the caregiver.

Having the companionship has kept her engaged. She's not alone so we feel comfortable and safe. She looks forward to her angel coming by. They follow through on everything they said they would. There are no hidden fees.

We only use them two days a week, so it isn't much of an impact because I still have to help on days they aren't there. That isn't on them. I would recommend them because they are reliable and responsive.

Everything is good. Because of the cost, we have to keep the hours of the caregiver low and we need someone in the morning between 7:30 and 8:30.

I was able to select someone else if the caregiver did not match which was a positive experience. I am happy with the people he sent, but one of the caregivers had an accent that my husband was not able to understand.

Without them, I wouldn't be able to help other people in my family. I'm only one person and they help me get other things done. I like that they are compassionate and they go out of their way to make sure that the hours are met. So far, everyone's been really nice.
