I am a current client with BRC Access Care. I have been with this agency since April, 2010 until to this writing. I am very satisfied with them in delivering the right care for me. I am able to walk back again with the help of my committed caregivers from BRC Access Care. The home care manager, Yolly, is always doing an extra mile to come by and visit me in my apartment, and sees to it that all the caregivers are doing the right care for me. This agency goes above and beyond to make sure the family feels comfortable, secure and safe with the provider. They also provide substitute caregivers in the event the provider is sick or on vacation. Yolly, the owner, will go to the ends of the earth to make sure my mom has coverage, particularly when something comes up last minute. You absolutely will not go wrong with this agency.
