I think just having someone there to watch her on a consistent basis has helped the most. It is a dependable service and they have been doing a good job.

The provider provide equipment for my parents so that they get the care they need. They are very responsive with their communication.

They are very good at talking with her to keep her occupied during the day. The provider helps around the house like cleaning. They are very responsive company.

They allowed us to be able to keep the house and do other things while we knew that my father was being taken care of. I thought that the caregivers really cared, were reliable, we felt safe with them, and trusted them.

Two of my caretakers are excellent while the others are average. The organization is very sloppy and if someone doesn't come one day, they won't call me to say they are not coming.

I couldn't get by without it. The services have taken a terrific burden off of me to know that help is on hand if I need it. We have been working with them on and off for several years and have been very supportive for me. They are dependable and nice to work with.

The lady comes over once a week and keeps my wife occupied which gives me a rest. They have sent out a nice lady to work with my wife.

My wife thought it was a good idea, and I am still free to do what I want. It is nice to have someone to talk to for a couple hours. I am happy with it. The people are pleasant, easy to talk to, and helpful.

They take away the things that I usually do, so I just sit and watch. They help the most by just sitting and talking with me. I like that they are prompt when they come and will stay with you all that time. They are prompt when they go home.

She only has help once a week, but they are present when she takes a shower. They do some light housekeeping for her. They have been very good to work with and very accommodating.

They help take her shopping and have taken some pressure off me, and filled a void so I don't have to be over there all the time. My mom has had great care and every person they send, she has liked.

It has been 100% stress free for me. It has been an equal impact on my life as it is for my father. They have assisted him through a hip replacement. They gave him security in case of a fall and to prevent it and they helped strengthen his independence. They took care of my mom before she passed as well as currently my father. They were friendly, adjust schedule at last minute, and they are flexible.

They take wonderful care of me. All I have to do is ask, and they give. They know their business, and I think that if they didn't know what they were doing, they would find out by calling the proper people.

Their communication with me is good. Currently we're working towards them being more helpful, so I'm not sure there's anything they can necessarily improve right away. We just need to ease into it to get the client more comfortable.
