I use this service for my mom who lives with me This service provides me a break so that I can do other things like grocery shopping, cleaning, and resting, all while a professional care giver takes care of my mom.

Both of my primary caregivers are very helpful at providing for my needs. This includes food preparation, bathing, laundry and dishes, as well as vacuuming, mopping and dusting. They also help me get around the house with my walker. They do a very good job at all of these things. They go beyond just the basics. Both are very upbeat and I would not trade them for other caregivers. I appreciate them both very much.

We have used the services from Right at Home for the past 2 years. Overall, our experiences have been very positive. My schedule varies from week to week, but scheduling Care Givers has not been a problem. Just a phone call to the office and arrangements can be scheduled. There have not been any invoice issues. The Care Givers are attentive to my wife and also provide general house cleaning or laundry when needed. I would recommend any person needing care services to contact Right at Home for more information.

We have a wonderful young man caregiver. He is so kind and always wants to help with anything for the patient and for me. It makes life so much less stressful for both of us with him here. Our caregiver is so compassionate, caring and has a kind heart which a caregiver needs to help with the health problems we have to face. He has given me pointers in how to deal with difficult situations that arise. Our caregiver is a blessing.

Our caregiver does a good job interacting with my husband and can at time get him to do things that he balks at doing. The agency is very easy to work with especially when we have to reschedule due to doctors appointments or other unforeseen scheule complications.

The caregivers have all been great to work with. We are getting care for my husband, who has Alzheimer's dementia. Their visits enable me to continue my workouts at the gym, and to run errands as his stamina usually doesn't last while doing them.

Right At Home provides life altering care for my father that I am unable to provide due to health issues. Their communication is very thorough and prompt. The caregiver i have received for my father has been detail oriented, delicate yet a solid hand/opinion when needed. She created her own list of tasks and completed them every date she was there. Her compassion for my father was sincere and her focus was on him while there (no phones or other distractions). I couldn't be happier with their choice or service! Thank you to all you have provided for us thus far and in the future.

I just wanted to send along a note to say how much we appreciate Brian’s care of my Dad. This morning, I conferenced my Dad into a call with one of his investment groups because I was trying to get a tax statement for him. Brian heard my Dad answer the phone and give out information like his DOB and SSN and immediately intervened to find out who was calling. I explained that it was me and apologized for not alerting him. But I was so impressed and appreciative that he was paying attention and looking out for my Dad. We really feel very fortunate to have such great people taking care of him.

We've been using Right at Home Northern Lake County for two years now. My husband has Alzheimer's, and I was having to stay home all the time and couldn't get out. They were coming three days a week, then we cut it down to two days a week, and I can get out and go to the grocery store. I also have it on Sunday. My kids insist that all my friends are at church and they wanted me to continue going to church to get out. The lady does vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. I don't have them cook because I'm able to do that myself. She helps me bathe my husband. She would do more, but I'm able to do a lot myself. On Sunday, it's 10:00 to 2:00 and the other days, it is 1:00 to 5:00. Everybody that's been out here has been so professional, so nice, and so kind, and they check to see if I need anything. I like the girl that I've got working for me now a lot. She's very helpful and she's good with my husband. We have to take him to the bathroom because he has Alzheimer's. He does not know where the bathroom is. That takes pressure off my kids, too, although they call every day and they check to see if I need anything.

I'm a current client of Right at Home. Their service is very good. The girls are very good. They come three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and they do mostly my laundry, shopping, and stuff like that. They're very nice young women and I'm very pleased with them. Scheduling is good. I asked for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and they gave it to me, and I have all mornings which I like rather than afternoons. They gave me mostly what I wanted.

I'm using Right at Home. I've had help with their group for probably three or four months now and I'm very happy with it. We're doing quite well. My caregiver is very nice. We investigated them before we picked them. My family helped me pick them. In fact, they called all the people that recommended their service. I've only had one person and I like her very much. She's very efficient. She will do anything I ask her to do. We get along. We've done lots of things together. She's intelligent, in fact, she's leaving me in a couple of weeks because she's going to a nursing school. She's a young person and I enjoyed her company. I give her a 10. She's sorry to leave me and I'm sorry that she has to leave, but that's certainly an honest endeavor. I'm getting two new ladies in two weeks. I use them all five weekdays. They provide anything I want them to do. I think they would give me whatever I needed, but we decided that they would be here from 10:00 to 2:00 weekdays which is kind of the heart of things. My children work, so they're available after work if I need them and on weekends. I'm not that incapacitated that I can't do things for myself. So far, so good.

We have been extremely satisfied with Right at Home. My husband is a veteran diagnosed with dementia. Mike was very helpful in navigating through the system to help get assistance from the VA. We have had very qualified and compassionate caregivers assigned to us. If a caregiver is unable to make it, Zack is quick to find a replacement for the day. The caregivers show up on time and are very reliable. Our current caregiver takes care of my husband as if he were her family member. She is extremely patient with him and knows his limitations. I would highly recommend Right at Home, if you are looking for a caregiver, they have exceeded our expectations!

My family has used Right At Home for the past 6 years, and the office staff has been extremely helpful handling changes to hours/needs. We have met many wonderful caregivers who arrive on time (or early) and who have cared for my parents as if they were caring for their own family member(s). Lately, there have been challenges with the reliability of weekend caregivers, but the office staff continues to do their best to fix last-minute concerns. I am very grateful for their help.

I love Right at Home in Grayslake! I have had the same caregiver for over 2 years and am very pleased with the care she provides. My caregiver arrives on time, with a smile every day. When she is not able to work they send me a sub who is just as capable. This company tries very hard to meet all of my needs and is open to feedback. I need help with walking, showering, making meals, and staying active. Thank you Right at Home for helping me and my family lead normal lives during what could be a stressful time.

In September of 2020, my Grandfather needed more care than my family could provide. He was a veteran, so I needed a provider that would work with the VA. Mike and Right at Home stepped into the breech. Mike took the weight of communicating with the VA, along with keeping me informed as I live out of state. He had Lucille care for Grandpa. Over the more than three hundred visits Lucille made to Grandpa's, he and Lucille had a wonderful relationship. My Grandpa recently passed, but I have the knowledge that I made the best decision ever placing him in their care. His last few years were as happy and comfortable as possible. I can't thank them enough for what they did for him and my family.

We have been very happy with Right at Home. Prior to using your agency, we used about 5 other agencies with frustration after frustration. Since the pandemic started easing up, we had some trouble with complete coverage. It appears the agency is having difficulty with keeping caregivers. Maybe an increase in the starting pay will help.

The caregivers help with a shower and shave for my husband and cleaning 2 x's/week. They are always on time, polite and rarely need substitutes. It is very important to us that the same caregivers be assigned for continuity and the agency gets 5 stars for that alone. They are part of our family. The few times substitutes have been needed or we have requested a time change, the agency has done an excellent job of trying to match replacements with my husband's needs and personality. We couldn't be more pleased with this agency and their staff.

She arrives on time, is professional, reliable, caring, and friendly. I need assistance with bathing and especially with washing my hair. Also, whatever tasks are needed she either helps with or does for me. (i.e. laundry, assisting me with putting our medications in the pill boxes, or other minor house cleaning. I would highly recommend her and her agency to any who needs home health assistance. Both my caregiver and the agency are flexible to times and dates, as much as possible.

A few weeks back we were referred to you as we had just brought my father home for Hospice care. My Mother was overwhelmed with the care that my father had needed just one day after coming home from the hospital. I was so thankful that you followed up with her that Friday afternoon, and when you asked when she needed help, she said tomorrow, you said no problem. Let me work on it. You called her back that Friday evening and had someone there Saturday morning to assist. I was so glad we found you and you were able to assist. My father ended up passing shortly after a few days later. You and your team are angels and saints to be able to care for strangers like that. Know that you and your team are doing Gods work and for that you will be forever hero's in my eyes.

The caregiver Right at Home provided is the very best I have ever had. I was very pleased with the service from Right at Home at Grayslake. She was excellent at using the Hoyer lift, which is difficult. Just to come in someone's house and be able to use it, the way she did was very good. I had her name, but I'm very bad at names, so I had her name at the time. She was very, very good. The others were excellent. But the one woman who came in and said I don't do Hoyers. And she did leave right away, because that's what the job was, and it could be that she wasn't told enough about it or something. But overall, they're good and I was very happy with them. I used them, I've been 12 years in a wheelchair, so I have a permanent caregiver to live with me. My own caregiver was hurt at the time. The one caregiver was excellent. The others were very good. My caregiver was here the whole time. She was not able to do the physical part. But she was able to advise on the things to do and everything. It wasn't that they were totally alone, but they stepped up to the plate and did a really good job.

I was only with Right at Home for maybe a month or a month and a half. One of the caregivers that came out was very, very good; one came out and couldn't take care of me and left. I'm not saying everything is great. Overall, the owner is excellent. He cares. He is very good. But I had probably four or five caregivers and one of them was a 5 and one of them was a zero. One out of the five was great, and the other was one was OK. The owner is great. He tries to help everybody. He's very good.

When we first contacted Right at Home, we were looking for some help for our elderly father who has Parkinson's. I'm so glad we did. We have someone come in 5 times a week (3 hours a day) to make my dad breakfast (and sometimes lunch), provide him his morning and lunch meds, do some light cleaning and laundry. They always arrive on time and have been very understanding of my fairly long request list of specific tasks. The agency staff are quick to answer any questions or make a scheduling switch when necessary. It can be daunting to have a stranger come into a parent's home and the people at Right at Home understand that. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I had extensive back surgery and needed some help for a few days and was hesitant in asking for help. Mike convinced me that just a few days of caregiving would help. I was truly amazed at the service I received. Right at Home assigned a caregiver named Yadi who was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Once she arrived at my home, with a big smile on her face, she went right to work cleaning my house (it sparkles now), doing my laundry, always asking what can she do next. She took my burners off the stove to wash them (I never even asked her to do that), washed my oven in and out, vacuumed, and most of all, made both my bathrooms shine. She even went to the store to get me food and offered to do anything I needed. She is a very intelligent person, extremely sweet and so very accommodating and just a joy to have around. Thanks to Right at Home for employing such top people to work for them.

Right at Home was there when I needed them on short notice. I called several in home care service providers in the area and Right at Home was the only service provider willing to respond promptly and professionally to my needs. René is an excellent caregiver. The lady I have living with me has both dementia and Parkinson's and requires having everything done for her. When René first arrived, she asked me what she could do to help. I gave her a short list and told her I had to make a run to the store. By the time I returned, not only did she complete the tasks I listed, but found additional things that would help Shirley and I live more comfortably. Just as important as her care for Shirley was her consideration for me. Knowing that I am a "shut-in" myself as I have to stay with Shirley 24/7 with the exception of quick grocery runs when she is sleeping, René also made time to just sit and chat with me, which meant a great deal as Shirley is no longer able to communicate. Without a doubt, René is a great asset to Right at Home and a valuable employee. There was a short break in my ability to use their services and when they called to arrange a new schedule and told me they were checking René's availability, I was thrilled. René will be returning in a week and I am anxiously looking forward to having her take care of Shirley, our home and MY sanity! :)

I have been with Right at Home for about 2 years, as they provide care for my 83 year old mother. My mother has had 3 strokes, has Alzheimer’s, scoliosis, and is a breast cancer survivor, to name a few things going on in her life. The staff at Right at Home have been very good at finding caregivers that work well with her to keep her active and engaged in life, which is not always easy. She loves the caregivers that come to be with her and says every day they do something fun. She goes on trips to Lake Geneva, Shedd Aquarium, plays bingo and is involved in swim and yoga classes, as well as relaxing walks and talking together. The best part is each caregiver is able to bring a different personality and perspective of life’s passions to her. I thought having the same caregiver would be best for her, but over time I see that having several is better, because she is engaged with each one on a different level. Thank you Right at Home for allowing my mother to continue to live a full and happy life while in my home.

I contacted Right at Home seeking in home care for my dying sister. My sister had only a few days left to live and hospice wasn’t doing their job. Right at Home had wonderful reviews and I wanted what was best for my sister. I exchanged emails with them throughout the weekend and I can’t believe how they promptly returned each inquiry I had, especially considering it was a holiday weekend. They were the only ones there for me! Unfortunately my sister passed away before I could set anything up but I would definitely have chosen this place because of the obvious care they have not only for the patient but those involved in caring for the patient. If you’re wondering what company to choose for your loved ones care look no further than Right at Home Care.

My family and I had the best experience w/ all things considered. Unfortunately, my mother fell and broke her patella and had major knee surgery at 76 years of age. After her surgery and stay in the hospital Mike S. from Right at Home set my mother up at the Wauconda Care Facility. The entire process was pleasant and the people at the center were very professional. My mother was very scared, stressed, and uncertain but because Mike's contacts at the facility he made the entire transition smooth as possible. I highly recommend Right at Home in Grayslake w/ Mike S. You will for sure get the care and personal experience you deserve.

Right at Home had made it super easy with their knowledge and follow up to provide services to my Dad. I was able to procure VA services with their help. Caregiver is A+. Couldn't do it without them and I wouldn't want to be with any other agency. I think they are the best in providing information , friendliness and helpfulness of office staff, and quality of caregivers.

I would highly recommend Right at Home for elder care services. Mike and his staff are fantastic. MIke was highly responsive to text messages and calls--even during off hours and on weekends. I got the feeling that Mike was "always on". I loved the family portal which allowed me to know what was going on with my mother on a daily basis. My mother had special concerns and the staff were great in working with an outside consultant that I engaged--showing considerable flexibility. Right at Home greatly improved my mother's living situation, offering housekeeping and companionship with small trips in the community that she valued. I am absolutely sure that other families will be happy with their excellent and reliable services!

The caregivers that RAH has arranged for my mother have been top notch, and the office staff have been quite responsive to me. Mom has become quite attached to several of her caregivers, and I know they look out for her - helping her with basic things like mail, dog walking, food preparation and dishes, laundry, etc., but going the extra mile to call her even when they are off shift to make sure she remembers to watch the Cubs game (her favorite!) It's such a relief to have such a wonderful resource close to my Mom when I'm living on the East Coast.

The RaH team has been so wonderful to my Grandma. She's 95, lives alone, and I constantly worry about her. Wanda (her main RaH care giver) is AMAZING. Grandma loves her, and I do too-whenever I call I get a quick status update, and I know that her day to day is covered. I live 600 miles away, and this is the next best thing to being there myself. There have never been any issues with the management either-Michael is professional and courteous-and takes the time to really understand our specific issues. I honestly don't know what we'd do without RaH-and we're very lucky to have found them!!

I was in the position where I needed some help in taking care of my 93-year old mother. After an exhaustive search, including different models of care and independent contract caregivers, we selected Right at Home. I have never regretted the decision. We had a great caregiver who was patient and compassionate. Finally, my husband and I could go out to lunch or dinner and not worry about Mom. My advice, know what you're getting. There is a lot to know and laws surrounding care in your home change. The lowest cost option may not be the best.

My brother in law needed daily care after a difficult month in the hospital and the nursing wing. I was not aware of Right At Home but from the first contact with Mike and his people they made the process easy. They have very good dedicated care givers in their group and the daily visits took care of all the needs of my relative. The job is not easy to interact with a new person who is not in the best state of mind but with daily visits they actually helped him to become more positive and back into his normal routine. The electronic portal Mike offers keeps you current with all activities and is easy to access and review 24 hours per day. That said if you need to speak with any of the staff you are connected right away. If the need comes back for Right At Homes services again I would not hesitate to call them. They are a very well run company. Rick S.

My 90 dad's dementia is progressing, and more so since he has been suffering with an infection. I asked Mike if he could give me any ideas to help occupy him. He suggested a couple of ideas, one which has been amazing! He said to get some small towels or washcloths and to ask my dad to help me fold them. I asked the staff at the hospital for a stack of washcloths and much to my amazement (and theirs) he folded them neatly and stacked them for well over an hour. He actually enjoyed doing this activity and at the same time felt he was helping me. Mike also suggested bringing a deck of cards and asking my dad to sort them for my granddaughter by color or number. I will try this soon!

We are currently using Right at Home for my mom. They show up on time, and do their job very well. They help her with showering, do her laundry, cook meals, and clean her house. The only thing I can suggest that would be nice is just having one person come, but I think that would be impossible because she has had four different caregivers.

I am a 70-year-old quadriplegic that requires some assistance with everyday activity. Right at home has given me a way to function at home, keep some dignity yet supply me with the assistance I require. I've had several people from right at home over the past months and all have been thoughtful efficient, punctual and caring. The scheduling has been painless and the administrative interaction has been professional. I would and have recommended this organization to anyone. Thanks to Mike, Laura and the rest, I am able to live a somewhat normal life.

I cannot give enough praise for how Right at Home helped our family. I felt I was going insane and I was wearing myself ragged trying to take care of my mother while my dad was having hip surgery and I was also trying to take care of my own family. ALL of these fine professionals at Right at Home are caring and dependable and have done an outstanding job helping us. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

I want to tell you and your mother how much I appreciate how you changed my life. My husband has Parkinson's Disease and can no longer stand on his own. We are both 78 years old. Until recently I was his only caregiver and I was always tired. Your mother told me that since my husband was a veteran, the VA would pay for a caregiver. You gave me all the information I needed to bring to the VA Hospital and now we have a caregiver for 12 hours a week. He comes five mornings a week and takes care of my husband. When he is here I go back to sleep for a few hours or I just get into bed and read a book and relax. I no longer am so tired. Thank you so much!

My families situation started when my grandfather recently had hip surgery and was discharged from the hospital to a nursing home for rehab. During this time my grandfather was under pain medication that made him unsteady and prone to fall. He was doing great after the surgery but not aware to his surroundings and was not waiting for any nursing staff to assist him to the bathroom. My grandmother was very concerned about him falling and likely returning to the hosptial for more injuries. Long story short is that the staff at the nursing home was short staff, like anywhere that you go now a days but doing the very best with the employees that they had. While speaking to a charge nurse she had suggested to use Right at Home care services for an overnight sitting service to make sure my grandfather did not get out of bed and further injure himself. My grandfather was discharged around noon on a Friday from the hospital and placed into the nursing home about an hour later. With our families concerns about him falling I called at 330 on a Friday to Right at Home services speaking with Mike, the owner. He assured me and my family that they would be able to get someone out to the nursing home as soon as possible and they did with great care and professionalism. We ended up using Right at Home for the next five days at night to watch over my grandfather which took so much stress off our family. The staff that stayed with my grandfather were excellent and Mike the owner even stopped in that following Monday to meet my grandfather and family. They were even able to provide our family with an online journal kept by the staff at night watching my grandfather on the events that took place while under there care. We knew that we made the right choice by using his company and staff. I would recommed Right at Home to anyone needing any of the services that they provided!

Thank you Mike and your staff for your care and professionalism in caring for my Mom. I cannot say enough about all the caregivers being outstanding. From the beginning with a care giver (Debbie) a couple days a week, through 24 hour hospice care, the staff was great.

As my mother's dementia progressed, it became apparent that there was a need for a program to increase her engagement in everyday life. Right At Home provided caring, responsible people who brought out the best in my mom each day through enjoyable activities and conversation.

Being from out of state I was unsure of how my grandparents would be cared for. I really hit the jackpot with Right at Home. Mike and his employees treat my family with care, respect, patience and honesty. I am relieved to have found Right at Home. They have bent over backwards to meet my family's needs and make life for my grandparents much easier. They accommodate our family very well especially when there are unexpected situations. They have never not been there for my grandparents. I am relieved to have found them. I would highly recommend them.

We selected Right at Home after my mothers needs changed following a stroke. The staff was always extremely kind, compassionate, and helpful. All of our concerns were addressed and any requests we made were met with a pleasant attitude. We did find that communication is critical, and when something is working or not working they will assist in every possible way to coordinate what is best for your needs and wants. We did have changing situations as my mothers needs changed and the level of care and personal interest we experienced were more than we could have hoped for. It makes everything easier to handle when you know the people caring for your loved one are not only meeting their physical needs but are invested on a personal level as well, and are committed to managing the care program with your loved one for their very best case scenario. We always felt like she was in the best possible situation we could arrange when we were with Right at Home. It was an ideal situation that allowed her to live at home for much longer than she would have been able to without them, until she finally needed to be moved to a skilled care nursing center. It was further joyful for her that the staff has some volunteer time and visits occasionally at her new residence. All things considered, with all the difficulties these challenges present, we were enormously pleased and much relieved to have this organization partnering with us as we made these transitions. Many thanks to Mike and his team

Right at Home was so very helpful to me before my husband passed on. They had such good caretakers who were prompt filled with kindness and very willing to please both my husband and myself. If we needed anything all we had to do is ask and they were right there, filling that need. I got sick at one point and couldn’t take of my husband. They sent out people right away. We felt dearly loved and cared for. There was no waiting around. They found someone immediately who could take good care of both of us. And again when we were sent someone that was not a good match for us, a replacement person was found right away. We found all their workers were dependable and really wanted to do as much as they could for us, giving me time to go on errands and out to lunch with friends. When I would get home I found my husband well cared for and the house was always cleaner than I left it. Mike went out and bought a bench for the bathtub for us, saving me time and energy. It just happened to be on sale saving us ½ the price. He also connected the hose which was difficult and I know I would not have been able to do that. Mike has contact with many people that would provide us with other services we needed. He gave us a name of an advocate that has settled a claim for us with medicare and a hospital. He also gave us the name of a carpenter that put some guard rails up that we needed, and put in a way to go over a step with a wheel chair. This made it possible for my husband to sit on our deck a few times. The price for all this was right and we were pleased. Also, Mike was there with a worker to help out at my husband “Celebration for Life.” They just could not do enough for us, and I am so very grateful. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone. And I would certainly use them if I need this kind of help in the future.

Right At Home, Grayslake has been a Godsend for me! I wasn't sure if I wanted to sign up at first but once I did I was put at ease. My husband and i had 3 different caregivers at different times from Right At Home. Aida, Shradha and Yadhira were exceptional, kind and personable and really made me feel Right At Home! My husband John felt comfortable as well. John and Pat

I have the pleasure of having help from one of of Right at Home's providers, and just wanted others to know what a wonderful help this has been for myself and the gentleman I care for. Tony engages him in conversations and makes him laugh. I really think it helps that he is male because Frank seems to listen better to him and also he's just a big guy so he really has an effect on Frank. This has really made my life a little easier. Also nice that Tony and Frank have the military in common. Thanks to the VA for providing this service.

When I first contacted Right at Home, it was a difficult time for my family. While both parents were in the hospital not only did Mike S. offer his companies services but he went above and beyond to make the transition of bringing them home to live with my husband and myself smoother. There were a lot of family dynamics in play and different factions didn’t feel bringing them home was the correct way to the point of full blown arguments. Since they came home, the individualized care received has put them in a position to be in the mix of life again instead of surviving in a room staring at a white wall. My mother who had a severe stroke years ago and has spent months upon months in rehabilitation centers is beginning to talk again. The caregivers make sure to help them walk and get around and even the smallest of details such as sitting in a different chair has made a big difference in their mobility. It’s only been a week and a half, but I’m looking forward to seeing my parents awakening and enjoying every day of life again. Dealing with a professional company has many benefits. If there is a caregiver that isn’t working all that well or is doing something that isn’t viewed as appropriate, it’s a simple phone call to Mike and everything is handled. Also, because of the great family divide, their website offers an area where the caregivers report their daily activities with my parents. This is a wonderful advantage for me, I don’t have to deal with a side of the family that is absolutely nasty every time you have to have a conversation. My brother and his wife can log in and see what’s happening and I don’t have to deal with either of them. Many surgeries are performed as outpatient and you’re lucky not to get dumped on the curb on the way out of the hospital. What happens when your loved ones have to go back to work and how do you do deal with simple things like having to go to the washroom? I had my surgeon write a prescription and sent it to my Workman’s Compensation Attorney and now I also have help. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone who has a loved one that needs some extra help. I particularly would recommend Mike S.’s facility located in Grayslake, Illinois. His dedication, empathy and desire to help those in need is exceptional.

I would recommend Right at Home's Grayslake office to anyone seeking in home assistance for a loved one. My mom is being well taken care of and I can feel assured that Mike continues to make sure that she is receiving good care from her caregiver. Her caregiver is lively, prompt and caring. Recommendations are made to improve my mom's quality of life and feedback is solicited from both her and I. I am very happy with Right at Home.

I want to express my appreciation for the service provided after my recent hospitalization. To those of us who need down time to regain our health and who do not want or need to go into a nursing home it was time to call Right at Home. This firm covers many daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, shopping, and companionship during this period. I certainly would recommend this firm to anyone who in the future may find themselves facing this same situation.

Initially I called Right at Home to perform a non medical service to my father. Since that first call my father's condition greatly improved, no longer requiring that specific service. I called Mike on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 explaining my dad who was now living in an assisted living facility, was frustrated over not being able to perform some of his normal tasks at his computer. His computer has played an important role in his being comfortable in the new surroundings of assisted living. Mike not only was at my dad's apartment within less than two hours, but he also was successful in showing my dad exactly what the problem was , fixing it, and spending extra time just visiting with my dad. My dad is 95 years old. He has lived with me for the past thirteen years, until he fell and broke his hip in June, and now gets around in a wheelchair. The stress I have been feeling over him living in assisted living is nearly gone, due to the fact that I know I can rely on Right at Home to be there to help him when I cannot.

Michael is a pleasure to work with, on behalf of my mother, during a difficult life transition. The young ladies he assigned to stay and care for her were pleasant and attentive. When the assisted living, evening CNA's would come in her room, my mother would defer to the Right at Home ladies for her care. I take that as a "Real" reference for the service.
