They wash my mom's clothes and sheets and change them. They helped feed her and change her clothes. They give her peels - anything she needs when they're there, they do. They give us time to do what we need to do. The couple of people they've sent have been very attentive. They work well with my mom and are always energized. I like how they connect with her. All three of them have given that energy so it's been consistent. It seems like they know what they're doing and well-trained.

They could wait until the background checks come back before they send the caregivers to people's houses. They could check on their clients more frequently to make sure they know what the caregivers are doing. I think the staff needs to be re-trained to listen to the clients and not be on their phones all the time. I think they need to pick out a better quality of staff.

When Tom is at work, he can't tell her what to do, but she could clean up the area a little. I like that the owner of SYNERGY Home Care is very attentive. Our experience with SYNERGY was fine and has been very positive. My husband has had some difficulties and they've been very good at working with them. We have a very good relationship. My husband had to be in the hospital, and they were able to work with me through the fact that he had to go in. They assist my husband with his main issue on mobility, transferring and things like that. The caregivers are very caring and very good with him and they're very aware of his needs. They work with him and even exercise with him. The billing is fine. I already have recommended this agency. I have heard some terror tales with other agencies, but our experience has been positive.

The owner came over and took care of me and made breakfast for me, and they were good in the beginning. The people they chose were for the most part, terrific. She was a good companion and did not have to be told what to do and did my exercises with me. They were very attentive and always there. There were not any gaps. They were great, helped me walk, and supported me while walking. I was skiddish because I had fallen a couple of times. I never had to ask them to do anything once.

Early on, Frank--the President of the company came to our house and put tennis balls on my mother's walker when he noticed that there weren't any. I would have been in a mental institution if it weren't for them.
