Senior Helpers North Side Chicago LLC has been extremely helpful and they found a particularly capable and nice helper. My husband, however, decided that he wasn't ready for in-home care, so right now, the services are suspended, but we hope to resume whenever he feels he's ready. The Senior Helpers office and the supervisor were extremely supportive and helpful. I will always go back to them first whenever my husband decides he's willing to have the Senior Helpers. Interactions are very good I am very satisfied with both girls . They see to all my needs. They are very professional and caring. I feel safe when they are here. This is a wonderful agency that I would recommend to anyone.

Senior Helpers has been wonderful to work with in the care for my brother. They jumped in and made a smooth transition on short notice. The day-to-day care giver (Amaire) is fantastic with my brother. And the management team (Katey, Omar and Jasmin) have been extremely helpful on extraordinary events (travel preparation and onsite laboratory procedures). They made this process much easier to manage given the long distance relationship with my brother in different states.

Senior Helpers is wonderful! They were very helpful guiding us through this as we've never done this before. My mom's aide Cathy went above and beyond, was always on time and took great care of her while I was away. Omar and Katey from the office were also very kind and helpful!

My mother who has dementia had just come out of the hospital after experiencing a fall. After a doctor analyzed her he felt she needed to go to hospice due to her decline. we hired a caregiver from Senior Helpers and amazingly my mother’s condition improved. While the dementia cannot be reversed, the caregiver found ways to get my mom engaged in various activities that she had not done prior. She was singing, dancing, and laughing on a frequent basis. I have had occasion to use Senior Helpers twice. Once, when my partner had to be out of town, they sent a very personable young man to help me shower,dress and deal with some other personal needs. I am eighty-seven years old and have always been a somewhat private person, but this nurse made what could have been an embarrassing situation for me, totally comfortable.
