I like that they have been cooperative. I like that the caregivers have effort and provide the services needed.

I like that the caregivers are self-starters and do not need a lot of direction. In the beginning, there were changes in caregivers, but the care is a lot more consistent now.

My caregiver could have had a greater impact by not wanting to watch TV every day. They could have improved by not wanting to watch TV.

I'm usually in a better mood when they leave than I was before. They are definitely consistent. And they provide good coverage and reliability. That's a big thing for me. There's some things I can do but some things I can't do.

I liked this agency because of the quality of the care and the caregivers seemed to understand what a dementia patient needed, and they cared for him consistently.
