We've made the decision to bring my mother home and give her the care at home. She needs more nursing care, so that's why we brought her home, and we're getting care and taking it up here. We have hired a care agency called Visiting Angels in John's Creek. They have several different programs, so we are using the live-in program. It's been very, very good. The owner, Gary, has been very helpful and is working with me. I've been very pleased with his communication with me especially. The service is more of a companion, they call it companion care. They do not do anything medically. For the medical part we are using Medicare. We are also switching over to hospice care, the clinical and medical part of the hospice care. Visiting Angels takes care of someone in the home, provides and gets my mother her meals, bathes her, and helps her walk to the potty, and all that stuff. Her personal care is taken care of by Visiting Angels, but the OT, PT, and the nurse comes with Medicare and then we will switch over to hospice this week. The scheduling and billing all go through the owner, Gary, and it has worked very well. The billing is done through email, and it's once a week. There are several people assisting my mom and I would say we found the right blend of people. She's having four different people come in. It takes a little time to find the right people that match with my mother, especially since this is a new program that Gary is doing. I work with Gary and he's been very good. He has found really great people. I already have recommended them to some friends.

They come and take care of mother in-law when I'm at work. We started a year and a half ago and there has been a couple of changes of caregivers along the way. The woman who's here most of the time is very organized. She makes sure that everything is clean and organized. She writes notes everyday. We've been very satisfied with the level of care. The office of Visiting Angels is organized and communicates with us.

I've been very impressed with the two caregivers they provided. They seemed to select people who are very kind and compassionate. Both of the caregivers are Christians which is important to us. They've just been very very good and have done a great job. They've done everything we've asked them to do. I've been impressed with the overall quality of what they provided for us.

My wife likes Visiting Angels and she chose them for me. Their care for me is great. They are very attentive and detail oriented. They follow up on everything and provide the services that we need. I am happy with their service.
