I used Sharp Home Care. I was very pleased with them. They did a very nice job. They have some very good folks who came and helped me out. They did 12-hour shifts. I would recommend them very highly to whomever is looking for someone to care for their relatives. The one who was in charge of Sharp Home Care was just the nicest person. We just hit it off like we were old friends. The staff was very kind and helpful. They came on time. They listened to what my needs were. They followed the doctor's directions as far as caring for me. Several of them sat in my room and talked to me, which was very nice of them. We've exchanged phone numbers and plan to call each other from time to time. I've made friends. It was more than the experience I thought I would have. I felt as though I were having family or friends help me out. I felt very comfortable with the group of folks. They took me to physical therapy. When they arrived, they were very aware of the schedule that I had with taking medications, and the normal ones I took, plus the ones I needed to take after my surgery. They had that written down. They were kept to the schedule. They were very nice about washing clothing, towels, and sheets. They cleaned the floors and dusted them for me. They cooked. They helped out with my cat. The first few days I could not handle cleaning out his litter box, but they took care of that for me. They ran errands like groceries and that type of thing.
