I initially had them come for medicine check but now I have them come and help her with her shower and make sure that she doesn't fall.

The caregiver came once a week to fill my loved one's pill bottle and take vitals. Bill and his team were honest about what they could and couldn't do. If they couldn't' do something, they made sure I knew well ahead of time. Every service they committed to, they delivered. They wouldn't try to fake it if they couldn't do it or if they didn't have the staff. I appreciated that honesty.

He and his wife are very personable, and they care about what they're doing. I'm just disappointed that I can't use them more often. I just know they can't provide weekend coverage.
