When she was in the hospital they came to the hospital to keep her company as well. I like that they listen to my needs, the ladies they've sent have been quality people who seem to care about my mother. The caregivers help bathe her as well.

They were not proactive. They mostly just came and slept. They were rough with him. They could have been more forthcoming about the caregivers skills and abilities. The owner came out and listened to what I wanted in a caregiver, and she told me that she would connect me with someone who would match what I am looking for. Instead, they wrote up a profile about me and sent it to their employees and they choose who to send to me. The person wasn't able to speak English and could not even count well.

It's been lifesaving for my parents. It's transformed their ability to cope and live a more fulfilling life. They just take such good care of my parents. There have been times where they're like family. They have called me and checked in on my parents. They even accept my parents' phone calls when they're not on duty just to follow up and pass along the information we needed.

At the time, having them was extremely essential. I could not do anything by myself for the first couple weeks. One of the caregivers that came three out of the four days was absolutely excellent. She was willing to do anything that needed to be done and she had great camaraderie.

My loved one has Parkinson's disease and they are in a wheelchair. I am a small person and I cannot lift them. The caregivers give my loved one a bath and some of them fix him breakfast. They relieve me of all of responsibilities in the morning so I can run my errands. They make my life bearable and pleasant. I am very pleased with SYNERGY HomeCare. They call me to tell me who will be coming and when.

They've each been able to do things in their own way and they've been trained well. I've had excellent service. We've had four or five different caregivers over the year, and they stay with my husband. I call them for a minimum of four hours. They can do all the things he cannot do such as shaving and bathing. They also feed him lunch, and they entertain him.

The provider was very adaptable to his needs. I did not expect her to bring the trash bins from the curb. They do anything to help us out. We just expected just to help him not fall or hurt himself. I travel each week, and my husband was on blood thinners, so he couldn't be alone right away. He has to go up and down stairs and take a bath, and Synergy allowed me to go back to the project that I was working on without worrying.

They were very responsive in the short-term hospice care we had to set up. The owner met up with me and my brother on short notice. I knew that they were there with my father. If something came up, they would call me. I could leave them in the room or go to sleep. It made it more beneficial.

We had an overnight sitter for my loved one to ensure their safety. The people who came were friendly and the office staff was friendly and helpful. My loved one is very old and for their safety couldn't be left alone overnight so having caregivers stay the night with them meant I didn't have to, which was really nice.

Some of the caregivers I have had, I do not like at all. There is one that I like, but I don't get her very often. Some of them just sit in the chair next to me and sleep. There is one that does everything, but she's the only one. Out of all of the caregivers, she's the only one that does anything.

SYNERGY HomeCare has poor staffing and poor communication. The services from SYNERGY HomeCare would be more helpful if they paid more attention.
