Home Care Solutions Pensacola is a local company. They come in to inspect the house and see what you need done, make sure there are no carpets on the floor, and see what needs to be done in terms of taking care of your loved one. We tell them how many times a week we need them. The caregivers help take my mom to the bathroom, help her shower, and they can do whatever we need them to do. My mother can walk with a walker, and they just make sure somebody is there and she's not falling. We have a very good care provider person coming over.

I would not use this agency. They are disorganized and inconsistent in the level of care provided.

I would recommend Nancy, our caregiver, for the King! She's very thorough and she's just wonderful. Nancy has been coming here a lot for like 2 years. We are very happy with her care.

I just wanted to thank you again for coming to our rescue. We loved P and immediately knew all was well. I was showing her around a bit before we left and giving her some hints that might help her settle him back down, and she told me not to worry, all would be well, that she had several years experience in dealing with Alzheimer's patients, it really would be fine. I wasn't concerned that Dad wasn't in good hands, as I have total confidence in you and knew you wouldn't employ anyone you didn't have total confidence in as well. But about a year ago, Dad had some chest pains that turned out to be not heart related at all and of course they kept him overnight. Mother and I came home, but as soon as we got here, the hospital called and asked us to come back as they couldn't keep Dad from roaming the halls looking for us. So that was our concern. I shouldn't have worried as he felt so comfortable with P that he got up and watched TV with her!

I tried several other agencies and they did not work out. On a recommendation, I went to Home Care Solutions and they did very good. The caregivers that they provided have been very thorough, caring and helpful. I have them for about 3 years now.

I can say that I am well taken care of. The caregivers give me the attention I need. I don't have any complaints for over 3 years that I've used Home Care Solutions.

I initially called Homecare Solutions and spoke with Betty. I have Peggy as my caregiver and they also sent different ones now and then. Peggy is wonderful and I am really happy with her. I had them for 8 hours a day and I can go see my doctor and do some shopping.
