The care manager and nurse pre pore the medication and manage clinical needs for my mom. I like how much they have connections and expertise and are highly recommended. I liked that Michele comes and does the home visits. I like that they assess her conditions and make her doctor's appointments and transportation or take her themselves.

By getting me out once a week for four hours. I live in a nursing home, so it is important to get me out here. I like what they do for me. I go out on a weekly basis for four hours and was with the same companion for a long time, and now I am with different people these past few three weeks and am very pleased with them.

It was significant, because I could not take off time to try to navigate through these government agencies, it was cheaper, and it allowed me to keep my sanity to pay someone else to do it. There was a bit of a lack of continuity with case managers. Case managers switched three times while trying to get things resolved. It didn't matter to me, but to the person who is sick that continuity may be more important, so you don't have to repeat things. I would tell them that if they have no experience in dealing with this system, Medicaid/ Medicare, that this is a great resource to tap into.

There were times I couldn't have gotten along without them. They were just there so I could take care of errands and things. They were present so I could be free to go out. We used them just for a short time in various situations and I like that they were flexible with that. There were times we changed our times and how many hours we needed them a day. They worked with me on that. I also liked that whenever I called the office, I could speak with someone who was helpful, friendly and did all she could to help me through certain situations.

Arosa Orlando provided Care management for a family member. I found their communications to be limited, and they did not have the level of medical knowledge that we required for our family member. I also felt that they were trying to "upsell" me on other services rather than focusing on the level of care they provided.

Like anything else that's new, you have to get used to the person, and they have to get used to you, but by the second week Orlando was wonderful and doing stuff for John. We've been very impressed with the people who have come. There was a gentleman who came in November who was superb, his first name is Orlando.
