I had to to do most of the things myself, They were helpful when I needed them or asked them to do some stuff, but I definitely will not get services from them again. For the price that you are paying, I expected more professionalism someone who gets the job done.

It is hard to be a full-time caregiver to your husband and not take care of things around the house. They help with that and help my sanity because it is hard to do it all alone. The workers are always on time and are diligent about doing a good job. They are efficient.

I don't have to take care of my father all the time, which is very nice. I had some issues with one of the caregivers having to call out. I then have to try and cover for the care instead. Since then, we have gotten it fixed.

I think it's just the time they spend with my loved one. It helps because we know someone is there if we aren't. I like the communication we receive from them. They are very easy to get a hold of, and they answer my questions.

The caregivers from Home Helpers of Santa Rosa come in 4 hours a day, 2 days a week for respite. They're always willing to do anything, and they always wash the dishes. Their owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We're very happy at this point. The company is very professional.
