They did provide the right caregivers. I've had several and one in particular is superb. It would be nice to have the caregiver come consistently and have the other caregivers trained. I'd like them to listen to the client so they can address their needs accordingly. They need to better match the caregivers.

I had a great experience with Right At Home agency, who helped me in caring for my mother before she passed recently. Sharon made it so easy in signing up with the agency and then was a fount of information that helped me deal with the nursing home once it was determined that I could no longer care for her at home. Jessica was the actual caregiver who visited with my mother; my mother liked her and was looking forward to her next visit.

It's tremendously helpful. They've helped her the most psychologically, Mary's attitude towards life is better when Karla is there. I recommend them often because our current caregiver is outstanding, and their communication is really good.

We needed some care for my mother, 87, and found Right at Home through an advocate. Right at Home took the time with us and eventually sent over the sweetest caregiver for my mom, Maxine, who spent quality time and helped her with exactly what she needed. Monica and Arun helped us tremendously with filling out paperwork, obtaining additional information and communicating with our insurance companies. They were all so patient and nice while I asked them to fax and re-fax our information. (I wish our insurance company was as responsive and competent as Right at Home!) Don’t think twice: you and your loved ones will be cared for by Right at Home. Their entire staff is top-notch and I recommend them highly.

My mother in law was a client for the last year of her life. She had dimentia and could definitely be a handful. On good days she was quirky and funny and easy to be with but the bad days were....bad. Karla, her caregiver was wonderful with her. She seemed to have endless patience and never lost her smile. When we needed extra care Nicole, in the office, was always very efficient and helpful and most important, she is very kind. I didn't work with Becky as much but she was great too. All around great homecare service. We highly recommend them!!!

We had the privilege of partnering with them for more than 2 years, to help our elderly mother live her best life possible. We at first hired Right at Home to assist my elderly parents with weekly grocery shopping and meal preparation. My parents and I were very impressed during our interview with the case worker/supervisor Robin and we were further enthusiastic with the professional and compassionate caregivers. As the need for help increased, RAH was able to accommodate us with increased assistance. I live some distance from my parents and it was a great comfort to have a full team of support. RAH was great with communications and all the staff were warm and professional. I highly recommend Right at Home for senior care.

Not only were Right at Home staff wonderful companions to my dad, but also saved his life on at least one and probably two occasions. Care Manager, Robin, a registered nurse, kept in close contact with my dad, and his caregiver, and when he had life threatening complications of congestive heart failure, she notified us immediately and advocated for medical intervention. I also have to mention that Robin was so kind and involved with my dad.

my 89 year old mom came to live with us, and while very independent we did not want her to spend parts of the day alone when we were working, and we wanted to facilitate her independence. enter therese from right at home, the perfect match of humor, kindness, love of life and competence. she took mom out for daily walks, grocery shopping, haircuts and pedicures, sometimes lunch or tea. she sat and shared lunch, assisted mom in showering and taking care of her hair and skin, she called that spa day. she was interested in moms family, life, love of dancing, younger years and memories. mom enjoyed thereses conversations about her daughter and husband, and they shared many a story and insight. therese wasnt just a care giver she was a companion. mom passed recently and therese graciously spend time with me recalling my mom and their conversations and adventures. one of the things therese so lovingly honored was my moms love of children, their outings included walks in the local parks and playgrounds where my mom could enjoy the kids and their parents and stay in touch with the new generations. therese gave her that gift and many others. we are most grateful to right at home and to therese.

I needed in home post-op care for 48 hours following surgery. Meeting my caretaker before surgery was important to me because that person would be picking me up from the hospital, staying in my home, and caring for me 24/7. I called several services listed online and none were able to arrange a pre-meeting with caregiver. When I called RAH, it was explained that they pair their caregivers based on needs/preferences even down to taste in cooking! They work with you to select the right fit. My caseworker made an in-home visit to meet me and go over my care needs and preferences. Of the two caregivers she selected, both were perfect. I left knowing that either woman would be a familiar face when I left the recovery room. My caretaker was awesome. She was like a nurse and a sister all in one. She cared for me, cooked for me, talked with me, and kept everything organized, clean and on schedule. I honestly couldn't have done It without her. All in all, I would rate my experience with Right at Home Sonoma as being the perfect balance of professionalism and a feeling of family. The team works together seamlessly and everyone seems to really enjoy what they do. They truly care about their clients and it shows. I highly recommend them!
