Our overall experience was great. The people are great. They handle their duties in a professional manner. They're also on time. I couldn't ask for anything more. We had one experience with the night time nurse, but other than that our experience was really good and it continuous to be good right now. They provide my first cousin with light housekeeping and nursing during the day as well as night time relieve. They help dress the patient, change diapers and prepare light meals. Everything is super about it. I'd like people to hear about my review because if you're looking for an in home care agency to take care of your loved one, you can't find one much better than Divine Home Care.

Divine Home Care was great. I had a helper that came from Monday to Friday for four hours a day. She helped me with diaper change if needed, helped do the laundry, vacuum every now and then, cleaned the bathroom and do whatever that was needed to be done. She was very knowledgeable, kind and caring person. I was happy with their service.

I have been with Divine Home Care for years now. I wouldn't have them if I'm not happy with their service. I have different caregivers at different times, it just depends on how things would work but right now I have a permanent caregiver. They're just very caring. They provide me with general house work and cooking service. I will recommend them to others.

My caregiver, Latecia was an amazing very knowledgeable CNA. She was so very kind and caring and sincere. Latecia is now like a part of the family, we all have much love and respect for her. If I should need home health care again, my family and I would all welcome her back with open arms!

Bill was using Divine Home Care for a couple of years or so. He was in the nursing home facility and they were his private caregiver. They help him eat, bathe, get him in and out of his bed and wheelchair. Bill was always very happy with them. They just took care of everything that he needed. He couldn't do a lot for himself. When I would go and visit him, the caregivers were great. They're respectful and really did take care of him. Whenever I would ask for notes or any information, they're always good at providing it right away.

The administrative staff was very professional. They were very timely. I made a couple of requests from them and they would always get back on time. The owner is very personable. She came in and we talked and they seemed to want to know more about my dad who's the person who needed the care. I can't say enough about how kind they were in caring for him. The caregiver was a male. His name is William. My father had dementia so he would come in midday and make his lunch. He would sit with him or take him for a drive. He would talk with him or watch him take a nap. He also did some light housekeeping and washed his clothes. I was happy with his service.

They were wonderful and they couldn't have been nicer. They found me two really nice girls. They were just great people and they were easy to work with. They often call me and ask how things are going. I just can't praise them enough. My husband had to put on an elastic stockings that I was having a hard time doing but the caregivers can just do it so gently without hurting him. In fact he said that they were the only ones who can put those on without hurting him. They also helped him with his shower. They just took care of him wonderfully. He really liked the 2 girls who helped us. We used Divine Home Care for about 2 years. My husband passed away last October so I am no longer using them. They were the first in home care provider that we used and I was very fortunate to find a good one the first time.

Divine Home Care was supporting my mother in-law for almost 2 years. They did absolutely outstanding work. They were super. They always had people there. There was always coverage. They're always providing extreme quality of care to support her and to support the requirement. The caregivers were with her 24/7. They were always looking out for my mother in-law. They make sure that she's warm and comfortable. They would take her outside in a wheelchair and have some activities with her. Absolutely, I was very very pleased with their service.

My mother was under a conservatorship under Alameda county because of my brother. They chose Divine Home Care because their local for one thing. I think they do a fair amount of work for Alameda county. They're a very good company with good and caring people. We're very very happy with them. They kept us fully advised of any action of my mother's need as far as doctor's appointments or visits. Their caregivers were with us whenever we had to take my mother to the doctor. Valerie, who is like the supervisor met with us and the doctors at different times when we had concerns about my mother's mental stability.

I was in a rehabilitation situation in Alameda hospital. When I was being discharged, I don't think I was ready to take care of myself. They recommended Divine Home Care to me. As I recall, I talked to Barbara and she gave me information that sounded like what I wanted. I had them for a week for 24 hours a day and later on for 8 hours a day. I was pleased with everything that they did for me. The caregivers are very well trained and they took care of me. They made sure I was comfortable.

Divine Home Care was recommended to us as one of the two options from the convalescent hospital that my parents were staying at. They definitely were open to our concerns in answering our questions. We had a very unique situation where both of my parents were very sick. They needed a lot of care. It was really important that the caregivers who came were knowledgeable and specific in the areas that we needed for my parents. So they really took time to work with us with that. I trained each of the caregivers individually. We probably had a 90% positive rate. They were a few that were sent out that I knew right away that weren't gonna be a good match. But I would say that 90% of the people that they sent us were wonderful. Scheduling was fine. They were very prompt. Towards the end, when things got challenging, we really needed to be on top them. Even then they communicated with us in a prompt manner all the time.

I was extremely satisfied with Divine Home Care. We had two different caregivers for my mother. We had them about 7 hours a day. One caregiver worked during weekdays and the other one during the weekend. They were both very caring ladies and very dependable. They were always on time. They just did an excellent job. We were more than pleased. They just met my standards. Robin, the owner, and Barbara, the Community Liaison, were very caring women.

My father was at Washington Hospital and they had a service where they would refer several other companies. Divine Home Care was one of the companies I was referred to. I thought that Linda was a really nice person. She came to the hospital and met with my dad. They actually sat down and had an interview relating to my dad's personality and to find out what type of person would work out for him. She did a very thorough interview of my father to get a feel for his needs, which is good. We were not happy with the first person that they brought in but they were very responsive to our concerns. We went through a few of them and after a while they suggested for us to interview people. We invited a couple of caregivers to interview and meet with my dad to make sure that it was a good fit. It was fairly difficult at least for us to have an elderly person that has lived all his life by himself with mom to bring someone into the house at a very difficult situation. It's very difficult to find someone that fits and that your parent would be very happy with. I know my dad was picky. It didn't work out perfectly because we did have to go through a few people. But they were very responsive and understandable and kept trying different people until we finally found a couple of people that were really good.

I did like Divine Home Care but we had one woman come that was upsetting and my mother in-law was afraid of her. We told Divine Home Care that we didn't want that woman to come anymore. The ones that we did have come were very good. I think they handled my problems quite well.
