The caregiver treats me and my mother-in-law well. They treat me with respect and are timely with responding to me.

They could do a better job about communication. They could do a much better job about substitutes when someone calls in sick. They could do a much better job of training and transition when they have to put a sub in place. There seem to be no standards and no consistency of what they know and don't know about somebody. They get the job done.

The provider could've been more helpful with taking care of my brother. I would like to see the agency improve communication of expectations between the agency and the caregivers. I expect the caregivers to be engaged and to provide companionship and not just sit there.

My dad is generally in good hands and I can go about my life. They've done everything that I've asked them to do.

They have a shortage of caregivers, which makes it hard to replace other people, and we've had to go to another agency for help. We're working on replacing some caregivers. I really like two out of the three current caregivers.

They definitely take care of him without any judgement. I don't know what they could do better but I enjoy the staff.

They've become a good companion to my mom and encourage her to reach out and try new things. It's really opened up her world. I like that they're professional and really kind, they really try to match the caregiver with the client.

They have provided the caregiver and there's not been any lapses in caregiving. They come and they manage them quite well. They're very reliable, and they're very much on the spot. I don't have to worry about calling. They are concerned with my safety and I think I can rely on them to be there if I need them.

The caregivers that have not been a good fit need to know more about cooking. One caregiver cooks the same not so good thing every day. One caregiver was so overweight that she could barely walk. The quality of the caregivers could be better.
