Katrina has proved to be competent and reliable, but does not show initiative or a sense of caring, forthcoming nature.

My introduction to Gabby was her excellent bed bath with her strong hands. She is excellent in so many ways: remembering my schedule, keeping me on time for appointments, making lunch, keeps the laundry up to date, she's prompt, a joy to have around, responds to my needs quickly and proficiently. She is just a lovely person.

Paulette is a frail, but ambulatory, 96-year old with moderate dementia. Kiranpreet has been a social companion for Paulette for over a year and her contributions to Paulette's quality of life have been remarkable. In her role, Kiranpreet supplements the assisted living facility staff by providing one-on-one attention to Paulette through: accompanying her to lunch and dinner to ensure that she eats well and maintains her weight, accompanying her to at least two in-facility activities (performances, games, lectures, etc.) each day, accompanying her on out-of-facility outings she could otherwise not attend (e.g., Crocker Museum, Fourth of July parade), encouraging her to eat between-meal snacks (e.g., Ensure, ice cream) to maintain her weight. Without a companion's presence, Paulette would not do any of these things on her own. Also, Paulette's transfer to the memory care wing could not have been delayed as long as it has. Over the past two years, more than a dozen companions have participated in providing this 7-day a week service. Some have not been successful; most have been adequate. Kiranpreet has out-shown them all by a very large margin! What has made that difference? Commitment to maximizing Paulette's well-being and not just "putting in the hours" with minimum effort or relying on TV to fill the time. Patience in giving Paulette the time for slowly consuming meals. Imagination in obtaining Paulette's participation in activities even though her first response to suggestions is invariably "no". Compassion as shown by her interest in getting to know Paulette as a person (not just another "case") and taking her specific likes and dislikes into consideration in selecting activities and excursions.

Sandy helped take care of my father the last 8 months of his life. Sandy was more than a qualified caregiver. She was kind, compassionate and truly cared for my father. How he lived his last 8 months and how he died was enhanced because Sandy cared with all her heart.

Our caregiver (V,( from Eskaton Live Well at Home has been the caregiver for my wife who has A;lzhiemer;s Disease for the past nine months. V. comes in two afternoons a week which gives me the opportunity to get out and do things I would otherwise be unable to do. They walk our dog Max together and V. has taught my wife some balance exercises which they do together. V. is there whnever my wife needs her and she goes out of her way to be helpful. The two of them really get along well together and it is cldear that V. really cares about my wife and about her job. I could not have asked for a better caregiver or for a better agency to work with. Eskaton Live Well at Home is great to work with. They frequently check in with me to see how thinbgs are going. They are very responsive anytine I have a change in schedule or have any questions. My wife and I are both extremely please with the relationship with our caregiver and with Eskaton Live Well at Home.

I am happy with the services provided by Live Well at Home. The office is great and my husband, Tom's companion caregiver, is wonderful. George, his caregiver is kind, caring and patient and he is very dependable; shows up for every shift early. George is an immaculate dresser and both Tom and I appreciate that George spends quality time with Tom, playing chess and poker. George takes Tom out to lunch and to the park when the weather is nice. Before George, Tom spent most of his time sleeping during the day, and now Tom enjoys activities with George, Tom is more alert and active.

We have been using the Live Well agency for the care of my elderly father ever since my mother passed away. Initially the caregivers provided generalized care such as meal prep and basic companionship when he was still living independently. As he aged and became cognitively impaired, we had moved him to "assisted living" with continued caregivers needed for more one on one assist such as for showering, and again for companionship in order to keep him engaged and interacting socially. Now with more advanced dementia, my father is at a skilled nursing unit. Despite 24 hour staffing, we still are having caregivers who are able to provide one on one care for him as he has become impulsive. His needs have advanced to include more focused care such as for ADL's and transferring to a wheelchair, taken to meals, taken outdoors for fresh air and that sort of thing. We have found the agency to have been able to provide us with appropriate caregivers in terms of matching his "personality" especially as he has become more demented. For the most part we have been fortunate to have had the same caregivers follow him throughout his moves. When we have had a caregiver that didn't work out for my father ( meaning my father rejected their care simply as his personality not accepting care from someone, not having anything to do with their ability to provide care) the agency has managed to find a caregiver that is a better "match" and that my father "accepted". When we have had last minute changes in scheduling needs, often the same day changes..the agency has been able to provide us with a caregiver. Over the years we now have been working with Live Well, only once did we have a situation of a "no show" of a caregiver who had not reported in to the agency, nor to us as the family. Overall, I would highly recommend Live Well for your caregiver needs.

Live Well provides my mother with her activities of daily living, with meal preparation, supervision due to cognitive impairment, some housekeeping and companionship. She would not be able to live at home without this help. Whenever a problem develops or her capability changes, they immediately address the situation or provide an evaluation to determine the best approach to solving any problems. The caregivers they provide have always arrived on time and seem dedicated to providing the best care they can. They are genuinely concerned with her comfort and care.

I have been a client of Eskaton's Live Well at Home for over a year. My wife has Alzheimer's Disease and I have a Caregiver in two afternoons each week. Our Caregiver "V" has been a real help for both of us. My wife really likes her and together they walk our dog in the afternoon. My wife usually takes a nap in the afternoon and V. is there in case she needs anything and also does whatever small household chores that I ask her to do. V. is very flexible and if we have to make minor changes in our schedule she is very willing to do so. V is cheerful and is very willing to help in any way she can. But the real benefit is that V being here gives me two afternoons each week to get out of the house without worrying about my wife. I have great peace of mind knowing V is there. Right now two afternoons each week is enough, but I know that I can expand this and that Live Well at Home will be responsive of our needs. I can't say enough good things about them. They determine what we need and then provide the services to take care of them. I would not hesitate to recommend Eskaton's Live Well at Home to my friends who might be in need of their services.

Live Well at Home provides me with caregivers who are responsible, personable, caring, understanding, and completely capable. Staci is the best caregiver/assistant I have ever had. I will work my schedule around her just so I can have her in my home, and Live Well at Home is completely caring and understanding of this.

My mom's caregiver is the best companion she could ever have. I could not go on my upcoming trip without knowing that my mom is taken care of by Live Well at Home. Her caregiver is one of the best companions I think I've ever seen. My mom is very particular and she is very comfortable with her. I give Live Well at Home nothing but raving reviews.

I started with this service in July of 2016. I have had wonderful interactions with the staff support within the organization. They are kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with a caregiver. I like the fact that the organization insures their caregivers have a good DMV record and have some training before coming into your home. They are also a licensed and bonded organization with their own Workers compensation for their employees. Also they care about their clientele’s well-being. Recently I had a follow-up interview to be able to have confidential one on one with a staff member about my service, any need changes and any other issues that may have come up. These interviews are done periodically to make sure YOUR needs are being met. This means they truly want to give each client the best personal care they can provide. I would highly recommend this organization for someone in need of assistance.

I am very pleased with the care givers at live well at home. Mine is a person assistant and good friend . She helps me with my phone, dinners, going out to lunch, cleaning and making sure I am happy. I called some other companies before I started with live well at home and none of them could meet my needs the way you could. Stacie has become a trusted friend to me and I would like to thank everyone for their service.

I am so pleased that I found an amazing company to take care of me. I am young, well relatively, and it takes special people to put up with my needs. I am always taken care of above and beyond what I ever thought. I think it is great that the office staff, mainly Kylie and Beth, take their time to listen to my babbling, and they make me feel like I am the queen of my domain :) Thank you Live Well at Home for being there for me.

Their caregivers are highly skilled. The company is operated by very talented people. The office staff truly care and understand our needs. Everyone takes the time to get to know you. Their step by step process from assessment to follow up is far better than anything I have ever seen. I am pleased that I can call them my family.

Shena arrives around eight. Upon checking in she makes my bed, prepares breakfast, she cleans up the kitchen, she puts out my checks for the day. Then, if time permits, she picks up groceries which she gets when she picks up my meds at Walgreens.

We live half way across the continent but visit Mom (89) and partner (86) every month or so. After Mom's fall, Eskaton recommended Live Well at Home for in home care. First 5 days a week, which we later reduced to 3 days. We got to know Mom's helper and liked her a great deal. Live Well found the right person for the couple. Live Well was critical to the success of Mom reaching 90 and beyond! Live Well took much pressure off partner allowing important freedom to shop and go to doctors. We had seen problems with normal hygiene, use of the walker, dirty dishes, and losing hearing aids. Live Well's helper consistently found the lost hearing aids when neither Mom nor partner could do so. We remain very pleased with the help that Live Well provides.

We've used two different Caregivers from LiveWell for a couple of months. Mom, in her 90s, has enjoyed each of them very, very much. She can be a handful sometimes; But, these two have been expert at helping her to do the things she needs to do each day (more successful that I have been), and with genuine concern for her welfare. We have to take a short hiatus with the care, but will return to LiveWell without reservation when it is again time to get her some extra assistance.
