Provide caregivers on the day I ask them to come. A lot of it has to do with the attitude of the caregivers - they are very laid back, so it's very difficult to deal with them. I think that in the short time we were with them we had 3 different care managers, so you have to re-explain what the situation is. I never got to get to know the first two, only the third one, and she was too laid back, she didn't care. It was just a job to her. I rely on caregivers. They need to change some of their rules and care about the client, not as much as the caregiver. They should care about their clients and care about the caregivers more.

I understand that she was terminated, but we didn't receive anyone that day. They just said they would send someone out the next time they were scheduled to. They started charging by the minute instead of by the hour, so caregivers would make their own hours. They would come early and leave late, and we would get billed for it.

The caregivers converse and keep my loved one engaged. They do what needs to be done to make them feel comfortable. The people that they have sent out to us have been knowledgeable. They step in to do what we need them to do.

Their admin team is super easy to work with. My mom's personality takes her a long time to adjust to people. They're very reliable so that my mom always has groceries once a week and has someone to take her to doctor appointments. Once it's arranged, I know it will happen.
