They could have a greater impact if I can have them to come more than one time a week and stay longer. One time a week is not enough. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on. They're good. We have one nurse named Kate. She is a very good nurse and she is very kind.

I really don't know how they could have a greater impact, it depends on the person and how well you get along with the caregivers. They seem to be honest and know what they're doing, and they always make sure that I have coverage.

If he wasn't with me and my sister. I don't know if they are more expensive than other agencies, but they are expensive. It adds up.
