They gave my husband social interaction and gave me ideas to care for my husband. They chose the caregivers well who help my husband.

The services have been a high impact because he now gets daily care. He hasn't gotten any infections since the caregivers started coming. I would like Interim Healthcare to have more training with lifts and moving around with the caregivers.

It has made it possible for my mother to stay in her house. My mother is at the point where she needs specific care, so they should be watching her constantly.

Mumu, my caregiver, specializes in veterans. I don't have to wash dishes or do laundry. I have severe arthritis. I have been with them for 10 years and twice the caregiver has saved my life when I had heart attacks.

It helped the kids with our time. We didn't have to worry about my dad because they were taking care of them. The people that were with my father were really good.

I like that their caregivers are qualified, well trained, and personable. I appreciate that they get along with me and all my family. I used to work for them. I think they have good people working for them.

She cleans. I like my caregiver. I've had the same caregiver since November.

It has a greater impact on the people around him. The VA sent them for 2 hours a day, which made a difference. We had to go through quite a few caregivers before we found the right fit. It made it difficult. It's hard to have the right person because of the nature of the industry.

They are beneficial. They are reliable. I would like to see them making their caregivers wear their PPE.

We got comfortable with certain people so they could probably pay them a decent salary to ensure they don't quit. They seemed to be short handed.

They see me when I need to be seen. I would like them to give me cheaper medicine. They do what I need to give me my medicine.

When they have sent people they send someone that works well with me, I had several of them who left because they were changing jobs but they do well with the next person who comes. I liked both of the caregivers I had recently.

They were very reliable, and if there was any reason, they called me right away. They are very client oriented and listen to their clients.

I'm not sure if they could have made his life better. He just didn't interact with them in the way I was hoping he would. It wasn't their fault. My husband just had a hard time with them. I was hoping for a little bit better interaction, which wasn't completely their fault. It was mostly my husband.

She takes my underwear off, washes them, dries them, and folds them, and then she takes them to my room and puts them away. She will pick up in my bedroom. My caregiver is very on time.

They have made it easier by taking away the worry about our mother. I would recommend them due to the quality of the providers that they send.

They should have back ups available for call ins. I would like for the company to provide back ups. They are very limited on people to when someone calls in.

The caregivers do first aid for my father, and they make sure that my father is comfortable. I just like that they do good work for my father.

There is no impact. If they were able to listen to instructions and do them without being told, that would be the key thing. I would like to see quality of the providers improved. I guess the caregiver's skill set is taking initiative and really having an awareness to the situation.

We use Interim Healthcare to care for my dad, who has been diagnosed with dementia. We are very satisfied with our current care provider & administrative services we receive through Interim. Currently we use the service 12 hours a week, which is considered 2 full days. What we have found is that it takes time to find the right fit. So be prepared to have different care providers at least initially. Also, if you are only planning on using Interim services for a half day, expect some turnover with the care provider. We have found that there is just more continuity when we use their services in full-day blocks. We also appreciate our care provider's flexibility. Finally, we also appreciate the automated billing process for services. We would recommend Interim to anyone needing similar in-home elderly care services.

Interim has provided home health aides to us for many years, and would still be providing that help if my husband could still be receiving care at home. The agency has been so helpful.....largely due to management. Jumoke, who is the manager of the office that provided care for my husband, is a lovely person. She has always been so patient and kind, and is very knowledgeable about patient care needs. She even came and assisted us at one point when we needed help at the very last minute and no one else available. She always worked hard at making sure the home health aide provided was the "right fit" for my husband. She made it clear that even if there was a personality clash or any other kind of problem with a home health aide, we should let her know and she would send someone else. Over the years we had many excellent home health aides. Two were especially top notch, Fabiola and Maria, and we had them for a very long time. They were able to work so well with my husband that he allowed them to care for him in a way that I would myself....and I am an RN. They were self starters...didn't just sit around when not helping my husband. Instead they looked for things to do to help me, to make things easier for me after they left. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs help with someone they love.

Two of the care providers that we have had are exceptional. They are self starters, cheerful, good since of humor and they really seem to care about us. Interim is cheerfully flexable when changes need to be made. I’m improving but I plan to keep my helper if I can have the same person.

I have been a client of this provider for over a year now. My husband needs hands on help with practically all aspects of daily living. We could not ask for a better caregiver than the person we have currently. She is absolutely exceptional.. I don't think you could find a person more polite, patient, kind and knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have her helping us. In July I had knee replacement surgery and needed someone here 13 hours a day to care for my husband. Jumoke Hillen, Office Manager at Interim in San Jose/Campbell did her upmost to see that all shifts were covered. Even finding replacement people on a weekend day when the scheduled caregiver called in sick. Over the year plus that I have used their services most of the caregivers have been a positive experience. Excellent caregivers have outnumbered the mediocre and I plan on continuing with this agency,

We used Interim Healthcare for about a month. The caregiver cooked, sort of just monitored my mom, and did some housecleaning and laundry. She was very enthusiastic, and she cared a lot about my mom. It was good, but the caregiver kept having appointments during her regularly scheduled time with my mom. She couldn't come, and Interim didn't have that many backup people. She had to change her hours around quite a bit. That was one of the frustrations because she was not efficient with her time, but when she was there, she was a great cook, very enthusiastic. and caring with my mom. So, when she was there, she was good. She just wasn't there as much as we would've liked.
