I have to work away from home. I need to have somebody I can count on that makes sure my mom is cared for. The care providers that they send are wonderful, specially Angie. They have a few scheduling issues. I'll get notified they are coming when they aren't. They have double booked me as well.

The agency I do not communicate with a lot. The main caregiver is great, careful, and kind. It is the scheduling. Weekends are impossible to cover.

I am not sure how my caregivers could have a greater impact. They have had a positive impact because they help out with the housework that I can't do and they go with me to the doctors. I have a lot of doctor's appointments. I have had so many different caregivers. Now, I have finally settled into the same 3. I do not want to change my number rating. I have to tell one of my caregivers what to do all the time. She doesn't just do it. I wrote a list out and she doesn't just always do it.

It depends on who the caregiver is. She has 3 or 4 different ones, and some are better than others. The caregivers will sit and talk with her, which she likes. They take good care of my mother-in-law.

We only get them once a week. It's on Sundays. It's really great for mom and dad. We get a break. They've been very cooperative with us, and they fill our needs. They listen to our wants, and they fill them. We're happy.

He has ABA therapy. I was able to get a therapist and a nurse. They help with daily living activities. He gives me a hard time with those, so that helps. I like that they worked with the time that I was available. It worked out right away. It was very convenient.

They just need to be better organized. It would be better for everyone. An online schedule for who is coming would be nice to have. They seemed a little disorganized, and there is very little follow up. If I have a question, I am the one usually calling back to make sure that the services were covered.

I couldn't be here 24 hours a day with my mom. They kept in constant contact with us. They were alerting us when anything came up. The staff they provided was excellent. They never faltered and never lapsed when we didn't have coverage. We had 24-hour care for my mother.
