HOME CARE PROVIDERS delivers positive outcomes with proven safety, overall cost effectiveness and maximum satisfaction. The home setting is ideal to integrrate all facets of the clients's health care needs. Health is defined broadly to encompass physical, psychosocial and environmental factors. Service acuity can range through prevention, management of acute illness, rehabilitation, long term maintenance and terminal care. HOME CARE PROVIDERS is not an add-on or substitute, but an integral part of a rational approach to health care delivery.

HOME CARE PROVIDERS

Care of seniors recovering from illness and the frail elderly with home care aides, homemakers, live-ins and companion caregivers.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Home is where you want to be and Home Care Providers can help you stay there. Our caring support services are designed to help you stay at home when circumstances make it difficult to do so without help.

Home Care Providers provides services for:

  • Clients who need assistance with activities of daily living after discharge from the hospital or skilled nursing facility.
  • Disabled or chronically ill clients who wish to remain at home.
  • Seniors who may need a little help due to illness or age.
  • Respite care, to provide rest for family members caring for a loved one.
  • Private duty hospital care.
  • Bilingual Staff available.


Our employees are screened, bonded, insured and have a criminal background check to ensure professional and caring service for our clients. We carefully place our caregivers based on the needs of our clients.

All services are under the supervision of a nurse at no charge to the client.

TYPES OF CARE

  • Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) - provide hands-on care such as bathing, oral care, grooming, dressing, feeding, meal preparation, assistance with walking, transportation and companionship.
  • Homemakers - meal preparation, errands, transportation, light housekeeping, companionship and supportive services.
  • Live-in Personnel - live in the client's home and provide hands-on care or supportive services.
  • Bath Service - includes bathing, shampooing, oral hygiene and grooming, and light cleanup service.
  • Companionship Care - transportation to appointments; grocery shopping; travel companion; doctor's appointment. Care provided from hospital to home under the supervision of our LVNs and RNs at no extra charge to the client.


PRIVATE DUTY CAREGIVERS IN YOUR HOME

Certified Nurse Assistants or Certified Home Health Aides will provide:

  • Shower, tub or bed bath.
  • Hair care and oral hygiene.
  • Medication oversight.
  • Dressing and grooming.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Light housekeeping.
  • Mobility and walking.
  • Monitor vital signs.
  • Marketing and errands.
  • Companionship.
  • Transportation.
  • Sleepover or live-in.
  • Hourly care [Two (2) Hour Minimum Service].


HOMEMAKING SERVICES

Homemakers and Custodial Care Providers will provide:

  • Meal preparation.
  • Companionship care.
  • Marketing and errands.
  • Light housekeeping.
  • Transportation.
  • Sleepover or live-in.
  • Hourly care [Two (2) Hour Minimum Service]. Services are available seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
  • Short-term or long-term care in your home.
  • Workers compensation and long-term care insurance accepted.
  • Family respite services available 24/7. All care is supervised by RNs and LVNs.


NURSE OWNED AND OPERATED FOR 23 YEARS

HOME CARE NURSES

Skilled nursing home care provided by RN's and LVN's licensed by the Department of Health Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Home Care Nurses is committed to providing professional and supportive private home care services designed for long term skilled care. With our service, an individual can remain in the comfort of their home when circumstances make it difficult to do so without help.

Home Care Nurses provides Skilled Nursing Care for:

  • Clients who require Skilled Nursing Care after discharge from the hospital.
  • The chronically ill, terminally ill or permanently disabled who wish to remain at home.
  • Older adults, who due to illness or age, need medical assistance in their home.
  • Family respite - to provide rest periods for family members caring for a parent or relative who is ill.
  • Private duty hospital care.
  • Bilingual staff available


Home Care Nurses is licensed by the Department of Health Services, insured, bonded and hospital affiliated home care agency. Our personnel are thoroughly screened with criminal background checks to ensure professional and caring service for our clients. We carefully place our staff based on their experience and compatibility to meet the needs of the client.
