I only them last month, which was the first time I used them. It relieved some of the worry and the care that I was experiencing, so I could get the things done around the house. I just use them when I need it. I haven't used them this month because I am in the hospital. The services were very helpful.

I do not use day to day, I only use once a week, but Sandy will help me run my errands on that day like groceries, picking up medication and visiting the pharmacy. I like this agency because I use Sandy specifically and I just love her, I think overall they hire great people

They initially dropped the ball because someone didn't come out when I had an appointment, but after I called, they were able to send someone right away. We only used them once and we don't know anyone that we would recommend them to, but they did what we needed them to do.

It would be helpful to have the caregivers 3 times a week instead of 2. There are a lot of things I can't do because I'm in a wheelchair. So the caregivers come in and do lots of things for me.

What they've done to help me the most is training my mother. She needs to get up and do things for herself, and she's learning how to do that. Right now we are enjoying the lady that we have.

I wouldn't be able to do what I need to if they don't help me out. It is hard to help a person who is mentally ill. It is very prompt and professional. The customer service is great. If I call and they don't answer, they will get back to me right away.

I am not sure how the caregivers could have a greater impact. The caregivers are always very pleasant, and they always try to engage the client in conversation. They could give more notice when they cannot fill a commitment.

Mostly, they help by just spending time with my father and helping with cleaning since he is unable to do that. The communication is very good. I am able to get a hold of Courtney or whoever can answer the phone. They have been very receptive and quick to call me back.

They are only there once a week or maybe twice. My sister is able to independent, mostly other than getting a ride or making sure the apartment is clean, which they do great in to my knowledge. They have been very responsive and understanding of my sister's condition, which we appreciate.

I have rods up and down my back and I cannot do my house work so they are supposed to help me with that. I need them to do dusting, mopping cleaning the bathrooms. They need to change the bedding and make the bed. They do not want to move anything to dust. They do not want to clean the bathrooms. They could train the caregivers how to do their job before they get to the job they are doing.

She has to have the care. They change her when she needs it. They keep her house pretty clean. I like the convenience that if someone calls in sick, they are managing the care, and I don't have to do that.
