Navigating through the chaos of getting care was extremely overwhelming and finding a compassionate company had been challenging. Jared and his team have been extremely helpful and patient with this process. Jared was personable and great with follow through, guiding us through the processes. Thank you Golden Heart Senior Care!

I love my caregivers from Golden Heart Senior Care. I am 100 years old and they are a big help to me. They help me with the household chores, shopping and trips to my doctor.

I took a bad fall over a year ago and I was in a hospital. My sister-in-law found Golden Heart Senior Care. Initially, they took care of me in my own home. It was 24 hours a day for about 6 to 7 months, because I wasn't really mobile for quite some time. They provided cooking if I required it or until I was mobile enough to start going out to different restaurants. They would also help with clothing and bathing if I needed it. They had a large crew initially and they rotated people on a regular basis which I initially thought was probably a good idea because you see a variety of people so you have different conversation all the time, and they were different ages. After a period of time, you kind of select people you seem to get along better than others, so you request them and they try to accommodate that so far as they can. The problem with that is if they get several people and they're very good, and several other people like them, then they all require the same people. So they can't obviously accommodate everything that everybody wants all the time. They're not perfect but they do a good job. They've always responded. They assign a primary caregiver with you and I've had the same one ever since. She looks out for me and sees that I get caregivers that I'm more accustomed to or would rather see on a daily basis.
