It helped, and most of the services were good. I did like it when they got lunch a few times for me. One person was great at organizing. I think that the person who owns the organization could be in contact with the clients more than they are.

It depends on who comes here. The agency could make our lives easier by having better-trained caregivers. I don't want to have to train someone. I would like the agency to improve on giving their caregivers better training. One caregiver had only been hired a few days ago before she came over.

I really enjoy my Caregiver. She is very calm and nice and does just what I need to be done. She is a pleasure and I am very pleased with your services. I have help with everything I need. The agency has met all my needs. They helped my brothers and my Dad and are flexible for our needs. I don’t know what I would do without my Caregiver.

I Need an Angel has cared for 2 of my brother’s and father for over 15 yrs. The care givers have been perfectly matched and some of the most compassionate and qualified people I have ever known. They have helped my family with their day to day needs, medical appointments, much needed companionship and even crisis medical situations where they literally saved their lives. We are forever grateful for their commitment to care for my family! I highly recommend these services!!! They are on time, dependable, extremely good natured and qualified beyond words. Our needs have been very complicated and fluid at times, but they have always accommodated the schedules. I can’t thank them enough.

They have arranged to have people available for my follow-up doctor appointments and they have been working with me on the timeline and that sort of thing. I like that they seem to be pretty flexible and do anything that I need. My wrist is broken, so I really need a lot of help and I live alone.

They always show up on time and have become friends with my family members and they make them feel important. They are reliable, compassionate, professional, and efficient. I've never had a bad caregiver and have had them care for 3 or 4 years.

It keeps me more together compared to if no one was here. I like the presence of the caregivers. It isn't hard to get someone's attention.
