The caregivers that were not as good of a fit seemed like they did not really been there. They did not feel dedicated to BrightStar Care. I know getting good caregivers is hard, but it just took a while to get the right fit. Maybe they just need to do a better screening for the people they are hiring.

When I am on a consistent schedule the care is wonderful. The biggest problem I have is making sure that a nurse is scheduled to help me. I have been cancelled on about four or five times, and they wouldn't try to contact me about rescheduling. I love the nurses that come to help me though.

They are pretty prompt at getting back when you have different accommodations that need to be met. They have different levels of care. They have RN's and caregivers. If you need one hour up to twelve, you can have that need met.
