They help me the most by helping my father. They help mostly by doing things that he can't do. They help with hygiene. They pick up things, clean, and helping him get out of bed. I like that they have good communication and they have been really good in reliability.

It took the pressure off of me, they're very well trained. Most of the workers are CNA's and some are registered nurses that were picking up extra hours. They made my dad's last days good. I have been recommending BrightStar Care, I tell people that they're above all the other agencies.

They need to send the people that my mother is used to and likes, but not the new ones. They just quit sending new people. They mostly send people that my mother is used to, but they are sending new ones as well.

They help her with her baths, medication, food, and takes her to her various appointments. She does the washing and really helps everyone out. The caregiver that we have is very reliable and never calls in sick. If she does call in, she gives us enough time in advance.

She is here when she is supposed to be, and if I have any questions, they answer it. If I need her at 2 AM, she will be here. I love the nurse, and I love the care. If she were to be unavailable, I know that they would get someone else here. I have used them myself for wound care, and I have never had any complaints.

They make life easier. It allows us to go and do things while someone is here with my loved one. We have a caregiver that is outstanding, but we do not like having multiple caregivers come because we have to explain everything again.

They could make sure the scheduler understand that they need to work with me. They don't always work with me. We have good weeks and bad weeks. I try to have them send me the same people so that those caregivers are used to taking care of my loved one, but they don't always do that. They send people right out of orientation who have no experience at all, and they don't know what to do.

I do get feedback and I can call them. I have the ease of communication with them and I'm happy with the caregiver they've sent me. I live across the bay and it's very hard for them to get here sometime if there's a wreck or anything, so I want somebody that I can depend on, who cares for me, and knows where I like things. I'm a long-term care person. Even if I could do things when people help me up to get around, I'm very unsteady. Sometimes she has to just literally be right there with me when I'm walking. It just depends on what I'm doing. She knows how I like my food fixed.

My dad really likes the caregivers from BrightStar Care North Mobile/Baldwin Co. who come three days a week. It's all been positive. Rachel really cares about my mom and they are all very honest and open with my dad. They tell him to take a nap when they're at home because they will take care of my mom. He trusts them enough that he can relax a little when they're around.

I would recommend BrightStar Care because I liked that I could get caregivers on a short-term basis. Having BrightStar Care made my life easier because the caregivers would take care of my loved one and get him up in the mornings. They would do some of the jobs that I used to have to do.

BrightStar Care discontinued my services without notifying me first. They just stopped showing up. I was so shocked about that. BrightStar Care made my life easier by having caregivers in the home to help me. I couldn't do anything for myself at the start of the services.

I feel like BrightStar Care highers quality people and that they are concerned about the quality of their employees. The caregiver from BrightStar Care gives me time to do what I need to do away from home. I am able to leave the house and not worry about my mother. I've occasional had other people come in and help, but I didn't feel as comfortable with them. BrightStar Care gives me peace of mind and emotional rest.

BrightStar Care is made up of very endearing, sincere, and genuine people. They are willing to help out in situations, especially if you don't have family to help you within calling distance. They are like family. BrightStar Care has made life easier by getting me to and from the hospital each day to see my husband.
