My brother was there about 2 months ago on A wing all the staff that worked with him were very polite. I felt like he was in a good place just because the unit manager Yolanda felt like she cared about my brother. I would recommend this place

I was a patient and Autumn Lake I was there for 3 months I came into Autumn Lake not being able to walk I was already disabled I will say to you the hospital the staff there treat you as a human being not just a person they see your whole self down to housekeeping Physical Therapy the nurses aid the evening the receptionist the doctors are even the nutritionist specialist there they see you as a human being they do not just see what they're a person of just being a sick person but they bring joy into your life and they make you have that feeling that you can do better and you will get better the place is a macument the food I had a special diet that I did at home they made sure that I had that food that I would have at home in terms of visiting visitors could come and visit I commend Autumn Lake on everything that they do they work as a team my mother is there now and so is my sister mother-in-law I would recommend all them like 100% as a medical person I I knew what was going on and if I didn't I still would see they knew what they were doing and they were working as a team the whole place is a wonderful place to be in terms of health care I also need someone that was in a nursing home part their family member they got excellent care there I give it more than five stars I give it 10 stars and above this is the best place to be

My father has been living in Autumn Lake Healthcare for rehab for a month. The nurses are very helpful and kind. Even though my father speaks only a little English, the nurses always try to communicate with him and help him out. The doctors there are very professional and tried to give my father the best care. Since my father is a cancer patient, the doctor watches his blood tests very closely and adjusted his medicines even gave him IV based on his blood status. The therapists visit him daily to exercise with him. Since my father is having stomach cancer and cannot eat solid food, the center gave soft food diet every meal with balance nutrition. The activity director call me to asked very detail questions about what my father's favor activities and hobbies. So, they can help him to have my joyful life there by engage him some favor activities. We are so thankful that my father is in good hands at Autumn Lake! We cannot express our appreciations to all the doctors, nurses, therapists at his center. Every of the staff there truly make our lives much easier in this most difficult time in our family. -- May

My stepfather was there for about three months. He contracted bedsores and the staff was very unfriendly. They left him in the bed at days at a time without turning him or moving him in the bed.

Catonsville Commons was nice and clean. The help seemed to be very pleasant, and the patients or the residents were cheerful and they were all smiling and talking, I thought it was a nice place. The residents all looked pretty much really old, and it was not assisted living. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They had a lot of rooms that were like four beds to a room, and they did have some that were double and single rooms. We looked in several of them, and they looked nice and clean and well layed out. They have arts and crafts, a library, and one thing that I thought was nice I think once a week they have a little flea market for the residents.
