in my 12 days visiting it was amazing the amount of personal attention given to the residents A few to mention was Tina , Monica, Fatima these were just a few of many i met who always had a smile and kind words. Never been to a living place as this that offered so many things to do any time of the day. don't even mention the three meals a day in the dining room. It was great to be waited on like i was a queen Always May i help you? the professionalism of the staff was amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment i was in was cleaned by the staff as needed there was something different to keep us busy or entertained daily if only i lived closer this would most certainly be my place to live. every place i went in this center i was treated as a friend and family

The rooms are okay but has lots of problems with air conditioning. The smaller rooms are next to the parking lot and cars and you hear constant car beeps from people getting in and out of their cars, closets are too small and people through the vent listen to your conversations. The staff is not that great and very BOSSY! Make sure you watch your stuff, 5 fingers is over there. They really need to shop at grocery stores that are health conscience if you publish your food is healthy.

We were very impressed with the facilities and amenities at Vivente Newport Mesa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The semi-private rooms were well laid out with some degree of privacy because there was a wall in the middle where the bathroom is, but you can still communicate with your roommate. The food was very good. They had many activities going on. Above and beyond what I would consider standard amenities, they also had a heated pool that can be used for aerobic exercises, two rooftop gardens, and a theater room with comfortable chairs and a nice-sized screen.

I went to look at Vivante on the Coast. They have a swimming pool. It's a two building, where if you don't want the food where you are, you can go to the other building. It's a big community, so they have a variety of activities and entertainment for them. They have a medical doctor from Monday to Friday, which is a plus for all senior citizens. I saw a studio type of room. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They have a variety of foods, and somebody will serve you like you're in a restaurant.

Vivante on the Coast was very luxe and very beautiful. I didn't feel that there were a bunch of old people living there. It seemed very vibrant and all the staff members were terrific. It's just a little on the pricey side. It's a large place. There's the North unit and the South Unit. The rooms were identical in both units and they were nice. They were all running about the same in square footage. I wish they would give less kitchen space though (since you're getting three meals a day) and give you a little more closet space. Other than that, everything was very pleasant, sparkling, shiny, and spotlessly clean. The menus were extensive. They always referred to the eating places as restaurants. It was incredible. Understanding that many of us don't like to eat at 5:00 in the afternoon, they have a very extended eating schedule. So, you can almost eat anytime you want. You might not be able to get the special of the day, but you will always be fed. When I set up the appointment, they did not mention a meal. However, when my son and I got there, they served us lunch. They even wanted to bring us cookies. They were really sweet. The waitress got a bag of cookies for my son and a bag of cookies for me. So, they went out of their way to be very nice and generous.

Vivante on the Coast was fantastic. It was gorgeous, extremely updated and modern, and had tons of amenities and fantastic staff. We ate the food there, and it was exceptional. It was like eating at a nice restaurant. It was over-the-top, really, really nice, lovely place, gigantic though. It was big. I like the amenities and the staff. The activities director was someone who used to work for Disney. He was like a stage performer, and he was wonderful and engaging. The staff went above and beyond for their residents. You could tell the residents were very happy. We're part of a presentation that he was giving on old films, so that was cool to see firsthand. They offered a hair and nail salon and all that good stuff as well. It was very high-end. It seemed like it was in a corporate park. It didn't seem like there would be a community there, but once you went through the gate, you were like in another land. It was great.

I'm living in Vivante on the Coast. I have a very nice apartment, and I like it. It's a very nice place. I'm very happy here. I have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Very nice people seem to live here. The food is very good. They serve three meals a day. If you like to eat in their dining room, it's all included. The staff is excellent. I furnished my apartment myself. It's a brand new building, and I'm the first person to move into this apartment. It's very good. They have activities every single day and all day long. They're very good. It's well worth the money.

The one we really like is Vivante on the Coast. It is very high-end and beautiful. Everything is super but expensive. They do all the things that you want to do. Residents can go to theaters, plays, ballets, and the beach.

My sister-in-law is at Vivante on the Coast. It's very nice, very good, and only a couple of years old. My sister-in-law's room is fairly spacious for her. She has a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, and a stove. She goes to the dining area, which is like a commercial restaurant but very spacious. The food is very good. They have lots of activities. They have a walking area, a sitting area, and even a putting green. They also have a crafts room and a workout room with some equipment. The staff is very amiable.

Vivante on the Coast is very nice. If I was going to go to a community, this would be the one I would choose. It was new, clean, and very modern. The rooms were lovely, and the facilities were wonderful. The people there were very nice. They have an indoor pool, an exercise room, and a beautiful library. They had a lot of outside activities where they would take you to different places like the theater. They had a lot of incoming things, too. They had a lot of happy hours, speakers, educational things, and movies. It was just lovely.

The independent living room at Vivante on the Coast that my dad has is nice and has a full living room, a kitchen, and a nice bedroom. It's very comfortable for him. My mom in the memory care has a great unit that allows her to be stimulated. They share meals together in the cafeteria and the menu offers many selections. My dad is with the choir and they have a bus that takes them to different events and activities. The staff and meals are great and the service is good. I think the place is top level. It is expensive but provides great service.

Vivante was actually the nicest facility we saw because it was brand new at only three years old, and it was like a five-star hotel. It was not good for my mom’s dog, which was the key factor in our decision. The food was gourmet, but they didn’t have any way of controlling selections for a diabetic. However, it was probably the most beautiful place that we toured. The rooms were nicer. I would say the activities were similar to other places. I would recommend them. If she didn’t have a pet and was not diabetic, that would have been our choice.

Vivante on the Coast was beautiful. It was very beautiful, but I didn't necessarily like the location. The staff was very friendly. They're very customer-resident-centric. The facility was very expensive, but very beautiful. It was very nice.

Vivante impressed me with the quality of care, the environment, and the activities. The staff has very good work ethics, and it’s a happy place. The have independent, assisted, and memory care facilities. They’re starting a swim class, and they have in-house physical therapy, storytelling game, movie nights with popcorn, Zumba, dancing, bowling, and miniature golf. The food is fabulous. My husband is in memory care. They go out to eat once a week as well as go on scenic drives. The rooms are customized to what you want, and there’s a lot to buy.

Vivante on the Coast is less than 2 years old. It's a very nice and modern building, and they had more two-bedroom apartments available than most places. The memory care -- which they called The Shores -- was very nice. It was one of the nicest memory care places that I've seen. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They had a Jacuzzi, a pool, and a lot of nice amenities.

I am in Vivante, and the staff is wonderful here and very friendly. When I moved in, they knew my name, looked at pictures, and marked my name. Their food is fabulous. It is really good. It is gourmet eating as far as I am concerned. The apartment is very nice. I downsized, and it is quite a bit a smaller, but my furniture fits in it very well. I am very happy here, and I want to make sure you know that Jackie is the one who told me about it. I love the activities. You can't do them all. There are lots of them. I go to exercise classes, and every night, they have entertainment. They have movies both matinee and at night. I have not been able to find one thing for them to improve on. The basic care is wonderful. I don't need assisted living, but if you need assisted living, they come right into your room and give you assisted living. I recommend it highly. It is like a 5-star hotel as far as I am concerned.

Vivante on the Coast is considered as the Ritz Hotel, and the whole facility is five star. You can't compare it to any other unit around here at all. This is first class, and I would recommend it. The chefs are from the Ritz-Carlton.

My mom is in Vivante on the Coast. It is a fabulous community. It is top of the line. Everything has been beautiful. It is a friendly community. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful. We joke around that it is like being in summer camp for seniors. Your every need is taken care of. They have activities and fun things to do. Everything is age appropriate and done at the highest level. They have a room that's like a men's den, they have a keg that the men that could have a toast of beer, and there is a wall of TV screen that just play sports. She has a beautiful two-bedroom condo. It is very clean. and it feels more like a contemporary hotel. I peek in their dining room, however, I didn't stay for dinner, but they welcome family members to stay and have dinner at any time. It is more of a senior complex, and they have their own individual apartments. They have all their meals provided for them if they come downstairs. I understand they also have a memory care unit.

My mom is in Vivante and she really likes it there. She has a large bedroom with bathroom, a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and a little living room area. The food that is provided is really top notch and that works for her. She seems to feel better eating the good food. It was a little bit expensive, but it seems to fill her needs right now. The place is brand new and it’s really nice. They have a full gym and a swimming pool. They do different classes and provide notebooks to the occupants for computer classes. They have brain stimulation activities and music. They celebrate the holidays with really good meals. They’re really good and I’m impressed as it seems to work well for people who are there. Whenever I talked to mom she just simply says, "You know, I have no complaints." To be honest, to have my mom say that at 87 years of age means that she is very happy. I am really happy that we have found that for her. I would give the place a high rating and I would recommend it.

Vivante is amazing; my parents are living there. It is very clean, updated, and has a lot of amenities. The apartment has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a little patio with furniture. They have a 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom unit. The staff is amazing, and there are no complaints. The dining room is fabulous; it’s very professional, fine dining, and the food is delicious. They remember details, like the fact that my parents like water with lemon in it. They made accommodations so that they can fit my parents’ social group of ten residents in a table. They have movie night every night, they dine out by a fire side, they have art classes, computer training, outings, card games, and entertainment. There’s something going on every day. My parents are happy there.

My husband and I went and visited Vivante on the Coast this past Saturday and we're very pleased with it. My mother is probably going to go and spend a week there. They have a respite room that you can do just to try it out. Brand new facility, everything she's looking for and so we're going to look at that with the most serious interests first. That seems to be the top contender of everything we've looked at. They have everything. They have an indoor swimming pool, they have a fitness center, they have the transportation bus. They have three meals a day. They have social stuff, an art room, they have hairdressers there. It has even a dog park on the premises and they have about a track-size walking path with gardens and pretty conveniently located. It has pretty much everything. It's opened in October and they are half-filled right now. It was gorgeous, the pictures are exactly what it's like and the people were very nice. The residents that we saw all seemed to be very healthy like my mother so it seems like a good match. It's independent but it's licensed that each unit, other than the Alzheimer's section, can be upgraded with the licensed assisted care in all different levels depending on what is needed so you don't have to move as your needs become increased other than if they said if it's Alzheimer's. That's a separate area but we didn't check that area. We just checked out the regular apartments. We've seen quite a few and I would definitely rate it as a 5 because it offers everything. There seemed not to be any compromises of what we were looking for.
