The Pavillion is a very good facility. I was there for six months in rehab. The OT and PT staff were above excellent They really cared about you as an individual, and the care you received. I would never have gotten to the point I am at without them. The food was good. The staff did the best they could with the low staff ratio. I felt like family to most of them.

Very disappointed first my father not getting consistent therapy. Missing days, 1/2 hour after a stroke. CNA’s are still putting him on bedpan instead of showing and helping him use the toilet. Very humiliating for him. He refuses to eat food and I don’t blame him not very appealing, and always very dry. Lastly, a lady by name of Martha, who was helping us to go through finances advised my dad not to challenge incorrect bills because he has the money he should just pay them. Very unprofessional!!!

My grandmother has been there for one day and the care could not be any worse! She is supposed to be moved every 2 hours because of bed sores and at least 6 hours passed before anyone came in. That was after my aunt and dad went out twice to ask why nobody was coming in. Someone FINALLY came in to assist my grandma and gave attitude to my dad when he commented about how they took so long to come move her. After my aunt and dad left for the evening my grandma needed help and was buzzing MULTIPLE times for assistance and nobody ever came in. She could hear people talking in the halls so she even tried to yell out for help and still nobody came. She eventually fell asleep but nobody ever came to help her or check on her. This type of care is inexcusable and sickening. I would recommend not sending any loved ones to this facility!

The facility is beautiful. Staff are friendly. They do an excellent job keeping residents safe during this pandemic. My sister was a resident for rehab. She was in quarantine for 2 weeks. During that time, nursing and social worker updated me regularly. My sister received excellent therapy, better outcome for her than we even expected. Staff work very hard to take care of their patients. The food was good. My family is very grateful for everything the Pavilion did to help my sister recover and be able to go home. They even set up home services to help and support her. She is doing great thanks to the Pavilion team.

If you care about your loved ones do NOT send them here. The treatment my grandpa received while he was in rehab for six weeks were absolutely HORRIBLE and unethical. My grandma tried to voice her concerns and was ignored and phone calls were not returned. He was admitted to the hospital twice because they weren’t monitoring him properly.
Fed up.

First of all if you call past 5pm good luck getting anyone to answer. Secondly the admissions person Deanna likes to leave early and not admit patients that were supposed to be admitted TWO days ago. I am very unsatisfied with administration avoiding making call backs and not communicating with the family of residents as they should. I was hung up on twice an elderly lady working there who can't seem to work the phones and it has been nothing but frustration for days with these people. My Mother deserves better than this, and frankly I don't trust them to care for her if they can't even get simple things like administration done on time and efficiently.

My mom has been in Pavillion for 3 weeks now, and everything is very acceptable. The food, the people, and the staff are very accommodating. They have cards, movies, and music coming in; they always got something to do. It was very personal and caring.
