Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center was very nice as far as looks. The staff seemed to be pretty good. If she needed help, they would help her, but the administration was not good. They were the ones that told them what to do and not to do. They kept my mom quarantined because she had COVID. The doctor said only 10 days was necessary, but they kept her quarantined for probably 24 days, and that did not help her at all. She had no contact with anybody other than the people that came in to help her...
