My brother had rehab at Lindengrove Menomonee Falls. If you had to go to the bathroom, it takes 15 or 20 minutes. One time it was half hour. The administrator changed and we were seeing that because there were a couple times that we've been there, but it's never really good. The social worker there was wonderful to work with and the rehab person who did the therapy was good, but the care that my brother got was not really good. My brother was not happy with the food either. He complained a lot about it. To me, there wasn't enough staff to take care of people which was why you had to wait so long. They seem to keep my brother clean, but his room was smaller than what he had in the other place. The facilities were clean, and the people who work there were nice. They have people who come in and entertain and they have a Bingo day.

I feel that the care could be better. They have agency employees(nurses) that work there and they have no idea of policies or procedures. These agency workers do not give family member concerns any attention and are rude. And they are rude to the residences. My mother is better cared for of the CNA's than the nurses. This is unacceptable! .

My father at LindenGrove right now, and the experience was OK, although there are some care issues where they probably could do better. They are pretty highly recommended as a nursing home. We put him there after he was hospitalized as there was an opening. They do have activities, but he does not participate in it. He has a private room and adequate. They have sitting areas outside, and they also have a family room for family gatherings.

Linden Grove Menomonee Falls was pretty nice but was also pretty expensive. They didn't offer a lot of services. They had nice apartments. You would pay more money if you wanted an apartment overlooking the lake, which is really just a little pond. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-kept. The size was fine. You could get a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or studio apartment. The apartments ranged in size from maybe 500 to 1100 square feet. You had to cook your own food there. They had very few amenities beyond the apartment.

My sister-in-law was in Linden Grove and it was a very friendly and nice place. It was well run and they cared for their patients.
