Valley View is a senior apartment community with six studio and 23 one-bedroom units. Four of the apartments are specially designed to accommodate those with sensory or mobility impairments. The complex features an on-site manager and social service coordinator, as well as maintenance staff, and welcomes seniors aged 62 and older. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system to allow residents to request assistance in the event of an emergency.
Amenities at Valley View include a relaxation garden, community room with its own kitchen and on-site laundry facilities. The community also features a vegetable garden where residents can exercise their green thumbs, elevators for easy access to upper floors, and each unit has individually controlled heating.
