Our experience with The Willows Advanced Assisted Living at Hudson Comforts of Home has been very positive. They're very professional, give good care for my mom, are compassionate, and have good communication. I've seen the food and my mom likes it a lot. My mom was playing bingo there the other day; they have different activities like people coming in to play music, which she likes a lot. They have games for different levels or stages of dementia. They have a band, music, bingo, one day they were using pool noodles to bat around balloons, and different activities like that.

We like The Willows Advanced Assisted Living at Hudson Comforts of Home because, number one, the location, and number two, the extremely helpful staff. They had nice, private rooms that were clean. They had lots of activities and just a multitude of things. It just really fit every one of our needs. It was right across the street from the post office. The only thing that would have been better is if they had a shower in the room, but they didn't have that. They had lots of daily activities for the residents, which is what we wanted. It just seemed like a very, very nice place that was able to accommodate our needs.

My husband is in Comforts of Home Hudson. It is within six blocks of where I live, and I heard good reviews about it. They're friendly, but it is hard to know more because they do not let you in. They had visiting for a while, but now they cut off all visiting. I got to see his room once and it is a one-person room. It has a bathroom, a dresser, and a bed. It is a small room, but it is plenty nice. He constantly complains about the food and says it is awful, but I have never had it so I don't know. My husband said one day that they were tossing the ball back and forth, but I don't know otherwise what they do. It is pretty hard to know when it is closed down. The place is very nice. I think it is expensive, but all places are expensive.

Very understaffed and didn't get the care promised by management. Most of the NAs were friendly and kind but there were never enough on duty and some seemed to be untrained and inexperienced. My Mom resided here and she seemed to have lots of falls, experienced bed sores, and her room wasn't cleaned very often. We were told she would get PT and other services but she didn't. The food was questionable. Some of it was okay, but some wasn't. Quite often she clothing in her room that didn't belong to her. We did what we could until Covid started but then we were unable to visit. The facility itself was pleasant but I wouldn't recommend the place until they get their staffing taken care of.

I visited Hudson Comforts of Home which is an assisted living facility with memory care. I just felt that the place wasn't more personalized. The hallways were narrow and you'd have to travel quite a ways to get to the activities and sitting areas from your room. It looks like a nice and clean community. The director was very informative and did a very good job of showing us around. I saw them serving the people that were there, and I spoke to the residents who were very pleased with the food.

This is my dad's 4th facility now. I have to say these ladies rock! He has never been so comfortable before he even calls it home. They do a wonderful job of taking care of their residents. These ladies work hard and are very experienced in their field. I can't thank them enough for all that they do.

VERY understaffed!! Residents left at tables over an hour passed meal time, call alarms going off for over 15 minutes before anyone answers, residents are also not toileted enough. If you care about your family I suggest you look elsewhere.

Hudson Comforts of Home was very big, nice, new, pretty, and clean. It looked understaffed with the staff all running around and people just sitting there all by themselves. Nobody was really noticing them because people were running all over. They were very expensive. All of the people were just sitting in their chairs staring at me because there wasn't any staff around at all. For five minutes, I waited for someone to come. They had a nice salt water fish tank.

I had my mom in Comforts of Home. I live in Hudson so I’m familiar with the place. The staff was very nice; they did a great job. The rooms were very small. They were just for a bed. There weren’t kitchenettes or anything like that. The dining room was very homey. It had regular kitchen tables and chairs in a group setting. They had all kinds of different things every day like games and exercise. For the short period of time she was there, the staff was very helpful.
