I am so thankful for Arbor Rose. My mother was a resident for almost three years. She was well cared for and thrived there. The staff is so kind and loving. Tammy is very knowledgeable and provides an excellent home for her residents. Families were included in special parties and were always kept informed. It was more than a care facility, it was truly a home not only for my mom but for me as well. I am forever grateful to Arbor Rose for caring for my mother.

Arbor Rose Adult Family Homes are located across the street from each other in a comfortable, safe, and friendly Tacoma neighborhood. Our two adult family homes provide, 24-hour, long-term care for up to six residents in each home. Licensed since 2002, we designed these homes specifically to meet the needs of the elderly we serve. From the outside, the homes look like any other house in the neighborhood. We have patios, ramps and fenced yards with lots of landscaping. The inside of the homes are decorated to enhance the resident feeling of a" home environment" with special features to promote comfort, convenience, and safety.

- Accessible Arbor Rose Gardens and large outdoor patios
- Private furnished bedrooms (or your furniture is welcome) with individualized d�cor
- Adaptive bathroom and shower equipment with wheelchair and walker accessibility
- Homestyle dining area with adaptive equipment to be used as needed
- Large common rooms for family and group activities
- �Call-lights�, Cable TV, and telephone hookups are available in each room
- Specialized therapy equipment and furniture is available for special needs
- Medication management, personal toileting supplies, dietary planning, laundry, and housekeeping are all included in our daily rates.

- Specialized Palliative and Hospice Care planning, training, with necessary resources available.
- Doctor �home visit� available monthly or as needed, for physician orders and care
- Specialty Dementia care plans, training and techniques for staff and family
- Specialty Diabetes care plans and training for staff that provide bg monitoring and insulin injections

I feel very fortunate my Mother was a resident of Arbor Rose. Tammy and her staff provided a loving and safe environment. Home cooked meals, fun activities and parties only added to the professional, clean, and kind home my Mother spent her last years in. I am forever grateful and highly recommend The Arbor Rose Home.
