Home Share Healthcare is a three-resident senior care facility. The facility's staff includes RNs and LPNs, who provide 24-hour assistance with the activities of daily living activities, medication management, blood sugar monitoring and other medical needs, including feeding tube management and wound care. Staff can perform single-person assisted transfers. A doctor is on call to handle consultations, medication adjustments and medical emergencies. The facility uses an array of therapies to encourage the mental health of residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
