I am a resident of Evergreen Fountains. The staff are wonderful. It's got everything you could think of, an indoor swimming pool and lots of activities. The food is very good. So we're very comfortable here. We're on the top floor and have a one-and-a-half bedroom and two bathrooms. We have our own kitchen. We don't do any cooking, it's very comfortable. This was one of their deluxe units. We have a cleaning lady every week, and she pays you an excellent job, they're very particular.

My mother has moved into Evergreen Fountains. It's very nice. It's clean and fresh. They have large corridors and a little cafe in the front. They got a coffee machine out, and they do ice cream there as well. It's very nice. The staff members are very nice and very friendly. The only item that my mother would say that she finds not as good as at the place where she was previously is that they don't have very many evening activities. After dinner, they don't have movies or that sort of thing. They have a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library, and they play cards and all that sort of thing. During the day they have a lot going on, but it's just after dinner, that they have a few activities. The food is very nice. My mother likes the food. The quality is good. The dining room is nice.

My sister is in Evergreen Fountains. It is independent, but they have some other care, too. They have a doctor onsite, and they have nursing onsite. They've been fantastic. They've been super about giving us time to do what we needed to do. They said that she could stay there as long as she had a nurse on board. They've been very fantastic. Their rooms are beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful. They have lots of activities, and they have programs and performances. They go places and do art and stuff. They have a pool, a beauty shop, a workout room, a crafts room, and a library. They have everything you can think of, except for a little store. They have three chefs on board, and their food is pretty good. It is balanced, and they have a variety, too. You can have three different kinds of food for one meal. If you don't like that, they can make you what you really want. The staff is wonderful.

I have been staying in Evergreen Fountains and I will continue to stay here. The staff are very friendly, and they know your name. The food is good and reasonably priced. There are many amenities to fill one's life. They have exercise classes, craft classes, and wine and cheese social hour. They have a library and a swimming pool. There are lots of things to do. They sometimes take people to different restaurants, hotels, or shopping, and do a drop-off and then pick-up later. My room is a nice size. The dining room is quite a large room where everybody comes together and has dinner. The food is very good. It's an all-around good place to live.

We went to Evergreen Fountains. They have a building that has both independent and assisted living. They have a level called light assisted. The facility was incredibly well kept and very nicely maintained. Everything was clean. They had excellent check-in security. They had very nice facilities. They had a pool and exercise with machines that are designed for seniors. They even have a local physician who has established a clinic inside their facility, so they have a doctor onsite much of the time and many of the residents use him as their primary care physician, which means they don't even have to go out. I wanted all those things and their apartments were the only ones I've seen that were generous enough in size that both my parents could have put their king-sized bedroom set in the bedroom. My parents need some assistance, but they're presently in a nice home, and I don't want them to have to feel like they're going back to college and living in a dorm. A lot of the places I looked at had like an 800-square-foot apartment, and that just will not do. These were almost 1200 square feet and apparently, Evergreen Fountains has the largest apartments of any assisted living facility in the area. The only thing I didn't like was some of the stuff was a little dated, but it was all functional and it was all clean and I don't think my parents would've cared if it looked dated. The staff during the tour was wonderful.

I have lived at Evergreen Fountains in assisted living for 6 months and I love it here. The staff is wonderful despite being understaffed like most places. I've never had anyone be rude to me. They provide excellent care. I live in a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's just enough room for everything I need to do. I have a full-size fridge that I can stock with snacks and meals when I chose not to go to the dining room. The meals in the dining room, which are served restaurant-style, are excellent. I've attended several enjoyable activities and I'm looking forward to others. There is a pool and fitness room, music performances, a small movie theater, and a small chapel for church services, They have a wine and cheese social every Friday, and an ice cream social several times a month. My favorite event was a karaoke and a trivia night. I love that there is a hair salon on site. While most places like this is pretty expensive, for me, it's worth it. I am disabled and use a wheelchair and the assistance I recieve from the staff is so valuable.

While the interior of the facility is decent, it has no outdoor areas to sit or walk. Residents have to walk around the very cramped parking lot if they want to be outside. That being said, what earned this facility a one-star rating is the owner, management, and some of the staff. They not only lack compassion, they have been rude and dismissive on many occasions when making inquiries about my grandmother who was a resident. They appear to be kind to residents, but my grandma was intimidated by them and afraid to approach them with concerns or issues which has been especially difficult since we have been limited in how we could visit and help with COVID restrictions. After COVID lockdown for a year, they still have not provided any creative alternatives for connecting with family, and if questioned, the owner has responded by telling us to take it up with the governor of our state. The management rarely responds to inquiries and asks the front-desk staff to pass along anything they want to say instead of personally contacting us. They disregard that they are the only bridge of contact we have with our family. If you want compassionate support for your family, I would highly recommend looking into a different facility. If you want reasonable communication and any kindness as concerned family, do not even consider this facility.

We looked at Evergreen Fountains and I think its absolutely fantastic. It would be great for just me or both of us, but my wifes health is not suitable for retirement type thing. The 1-bedroom apartment was quite adequate for us, she showed us a 2-bedroom, and that was a lot bigger than what we needed. It was very clean, it had a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and all the food was provided. It had a library, a pool, exercise room, a lot of classes, exercise classes, and water aerobics. The few people we talked to were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they seemed to know the residents we passed to the hallways. The building was very clean and well maintained.

Evergreen Fountains was very favorable, very clean, and a very attractive building well cared for inside and out. Evergreen was one of the prettiest buildings and prettiest interiors that I saw. I didn’t end up opting to put my mother there because they didn’t have an aging plan in place. It was assisted living, but they didn’t have the next stage, so I didn’t want to have to relocate my mom. Otherwise, I was very impressed with it.

We have moved in at Evergreen Fountains. It is one level. The staff is wonderful and have been very helpful ever since we moved in. They offer everything here, like cards, swimming, and walking. They have everything you want as a senior. We’re renting a wonderful cottage. We just really love it here. We have only been here for a month and think this is the greatest place for seniors. It's a wonderful place. I would recommend it to anybody.

Evergreen Fountains was very good. The lady I talked to there explained everything, and she did a very thorough job. The rooms were very nice. They have the full kitchen, and they are pretty new in style. They have all kinds of activities, from cards to crochet stuff for the women, woodworking activities for the men, all kinds of games, and swimming. They had a wide variety of activities. The people who live there, they all seem real. Real friendly and real happy about the whole place that they were at. It seemed a very pleasant place.

We've taken a couple of tours at the Evergreen Fountains. We already paid the $500 down payment. The staff seemed especially friendly. We got to meet somebody from the hospital with my mom who lived there and she loved it. They said the food was good. My mom and dad could go and have free breakfast or part of it, then they would have to pay if they're going to have another meal.
