Green Meadow AFH LLC is located in the small town of Battle Ground, WA, less than 20 minutes from Portland airport. Green Meadow provides assisted living and foster care services for adults and seniors over 60 years of age. Staff members are on-site and awake 24 hours a day to help residents as required and a doctor is on-call to assist with any medical needs.
