Welcome to Farmville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We are a 120-bed skilled nursing center conveniently located 2 miles from Centra Southside Community Hospital. Our center provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is our goal to make your transition from hospital to home a pleasant and productive experience. We focus on you and your family’s needs to help you reach your goal.

Trinity Mission was a very nice place. My brother had been there before for rehab and really liked it. The staff was great and was very good. They go on bus tours in the next county, and he enjoyed being there. The dining area was nice, and the room was painted; it was for 2 people. It was furnished nicely, and it kind of reminded me of an upgraded hospital.
