I moved into RainTree Senior Living a few weeks ago. The supervisor or the main person over the system and the assistant are the best. The CNAs, cooks, and the activities coordinator is the best. I have not seen one thing bad about RainTree. Their food is good. The people that are in here are good. I have more friends here than I've ever had in my life. And they only have the best people here. If they don't perform as they should, then they're released. My room is excellent. The things that they provide are excellent. I spent a year in the hospital, and five rehabs, and I hated every one of them because they were terrible. And I shopped around a lot before I accepted to move in here. It is a little bit more expensive than some of the others, but that extra dollar or two is worth it. There is transportation available. There is somebody that comes in on Saturday that does hair and cuts hair, but I cut my hair. And I drive my car, so I'm not relying on the transportation, so I can't say much about that. But it is available.

We toured RainTree Senior Living. I wasn't enthused or impressed with what they had to offer over there. I've been in that place a couple of times with our church, giving church meetings. The staff was friendly, and there was one lady who took us around looking at things. It was clean and nice. When I went over and spoke in church, the atmosphere was very friendly and very nice.

RainTree was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly. It was great. I didn’t see anything bad about it. It’s brand new. They have an atrium outside where they can plant some vegetables. They have a library, they serve 3 meals a day, and snacks are available all day long. There is a whole kitchen area that you can go down and get snacks. The family could get snacks too. There is a clinic right across the street from the facility and a lot of people go over there. They also have a van they provide to take somebody to doctor if they need to. The staff showed us two types of rooms. The bigger one has small kitchenette, individual bathroom, and a nice closet. The smaller apartment wouldn’t have a room for a couch or anything, just be a bed and a little table. But the bigger one, you could put a couch or a recliner. They can bring their own stuff and make it personal for them, so it is very nice. They have laundry services as well as services where they will give the person their medicine which costs extra. They will aid them in showering and bathing, too.
